It’s clean, cheap and close to the subway. The staff was good, no complaints there. Don’t expect anything fancy — All you need with a 2.5 star hotel.

Room was small but very nice bed and good size bathroom. Refrigerator wasn’t really cold. Only microwave is downstairs in lobby. Very friendly staff. Refreshed rooms and fresh towels everyday. Easy check in and check out. Good area. Close small restaurants and markets with good food. Walking distance to train station. Easy to navigate area. AC was amazing. Enjoyed my stay!

An affordable choice a few blocks from a subway stop. Walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurant choices--and a bowling alley only a short walk away!

It was super convenient to Industry City. The bedding was minimal. No full length mirror or mirror outside the bathroom. No closet space or hangers.
-
Super basic. Almost no amenities. No in-room closet, coffee maker, laundry bags. Communal microwave oven downstairs. Paper thin walls and doors. Internet TV very laggy and buffers all the time when watching web channels

Room was clean , property is well maintained, not much parking so alot of driving around as it was always full. My only issue is someone was smoking every night and we could smell it in our room, other than that the stay way good.

The manager is good people and the staff work is very good people. I’ve been here for the last probably a year staying here when I have to stay here every time I stay here the manager and the state of make sure I am good. They take care of me always have taken care of me. I never had no problems if I have a problem or something, I told the manager or staff and they very good handle it whatever I need all I can say I could go anywhere else if I wanted to, but I choose here and I have a good relationship with Phoenix hotel God bless them and the staff I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like cause they handle everything whatever I need. Everything is fine with me if I have a problem, they just handle the situation.

There’s so much potential for this property to be so much better than it was. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency but I was very relieved to not have to stay there any longer than I had originally intended. I didn’t feel safe and there were numerous things in the room I was in that needed to be repaired. I won’t be back but I wish them well.

I’m a regular customer every week through the weekdays and they be charging too much extremely too high on the prices they jacked the price up and down up and down when you have a regular customer they don’t keep the price stable. They go two times. It’s of what is worth staying here and that’s not right! The price and right down the street of the hotels they could be charging the right price, but I still do finish with them and they charge one time and a half more on the price. The price could be like for the small room and halfway clean the price should be like 100 bucks with tax instead of going 120 and 130 and all up specially on the weekends and they know that you are a regular customer and they keep jacking the prices up. If they keep on doing it, I will go somewhere else you can go downtown Brooklyn or in the city of Manhattan. Dave price is better than this place.

Pleasant

the bed was nice king size the parking was a nightmare to find drive around for half hour in circles before getting one in the lot

The facia on the interior walls is made of granite squares. If I smoked, I would be offended by the poster in the only elevator. Posters about no smoking laws are fine but this hotel has joined the anti-smoking campaign. Opening the window fully was blocked by a simple unpainted L-bracket with sharp corners.
