Leon Hotel LES

Hotel is well located at the Manhattan bridge and walkable to anywhere in Downtown. My room was clean, well laid out and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Lived out stay! It’s was a great location! Perfect stay for 3 sets of mom and daughters.

The AC works well. Rooms are clean. Spacious for NY. Stuff could be more courteous.

Overall decent value for money. Front office staff could be more friendly.

Great location, room is sizable, low outside noise interruptions. TV was not functioning properly, but I didn't call guest services since I had my phone. Price point was comparable, would stay again.

Rooms are cozy and clean, bed was comfortable Nothing - if you get a room on a top floor with the view it’s literally perfect

The hotel staff were so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in looked a little run down. It was clean but there were stains on the carpet and on the headboard. It just didn’t feel 100% clean to me. The saving grace was the amazing view and how close it was to the Bowery Ballroom.

Free water bottles, nice shades, nice bathroom, extra pillows easy to request, and nice staff. No conditioner, toilet seat and toilet paper holder were loose, a/c broke at one point but could be easily fixed by resetting it on the box, elevator broke on checkout.

Location was great and actually quiet for the city. Super walkable and easy access to train. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was VERY small, which was ok because I was alone. If I had another person it would have been uncomfortable.

The location was great. We could explore lower Manhattan. It was a bit older facility but it was clean and still nice.

The first room was dirty. Hand prints and dirt on the walls, the headboards had a greasy dark spot where everyone’s head touched it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom ever time we took a shower. We had to build a dam with towels so it didn’t go into the bedroom area. Although our stay was 4 nights, we each got one bottle of water when we checked in and none after that. There is nowhere safe to leave your luggage and they charge $50 for early check in or late check out. The only good things were the view of the Manhattan Bridge and the convenience of being right in Chinatown. So outrageously overpriced though. Never again.
