During our stay at the hotel, we had an uncomfortable interaction with a staff member late at night when my friend was attempting to enter the hotel with me. Our reservation was already booked for two people, so I was confused as to why my friend was being questioned and not allowed inside. The staff member’s behavior toward us felt unnecessarily suspicious and unwelcoming, and the way we were treated gave me the impression that we were being singled out. I don’t want to make an accusation of racial profiling without knowing the staff member’s intentions, but the interaction did leave me with that impression and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the situation could have been handled much more respectfully and professionally.

We stayed in a quadruple room with en suite bathroom. Everything was clean and functional. A/C was strong. It was great value for the money and we were happy to stay in Chinatown.
