Loews Regency New York Hotel

Great location

We had planned on only needing a king size bed, and the hotel was very accommodating when we arrive to give us two queens since our daughter decided to join us. We were very pleased with how we were treated on site with all the staff and the bartenders at the bar.

At check in they told me there’s $67 credit I can use for booking via Expedia. I confirmed twice about the amount credited before placing a room service dinner. At check out I was charged for the full amount with no credit. I had to catch a uber and receptionist didn’t resolve it and gave me attitude.

The cleanliness, modern, neat and clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The location is perfect. And the vast selection of restaurants within walking distance. The restocking of the coffee station, no one never restocked it.

The staff is amazing. Bar, restaurant and location the best.

The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location. The rooms are extremely well appointed and the bed linens were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist.

The staff were excellent, but the cleaness could be better. There was a little hair on the floor, and the toilet smelled slightly.

If i could give a rating of one hundred stars I would. Service is absolutely top notch on every level, from the moment you walk in being greeted by personable staff to housekeeping and room service. Cleanliness standards are very high, as well as all amenities. Restaurant is also beyond excellent, if only a bit pricey. However, that should be expected when one dines at this top-notch restaurant whose food is excellent and whose waitstaff makes you feel at home. This is MY home in New York. If you book here, you’d feel similarly.

Loved the front desk staff and the bell staff. Hated that I was charged $210 for parking when I didn’t even have a car there. Still waiting to be refunded. They said they need to investigate. Smh.
