Great overnight stay! The doors to the hotel rooms were hard to open But that’s also a great safety measure as well.

Our flight into the city was cancelled because of crowded airspace and hotel was not cooperative to allow credit or refund (via Expedia who made a special request). Not a satisfactory customer experience.

Free shuttle, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable facilities Shuttle service at at the airport seemed a little hectic. If the reservation is for 4 people, there should have been 4 bath towels and face cloths in the room and there was only three towels and two face cloths. Not a big deal though, they brought extra towels as soon a I made the request.
