Good location. Helpful staff. Pretty clean. Coffee and morning pastries great in 2nd floor lounge. Mostly we didn’t like the musty smell in room. Rugs need to be replaced.

Helpful staff great location

Some of the staff very friendly, some not so much, there’s no real breakfast, it’s a coffee machine and a couple of pastries to grab and go, nothing else. Parking beside if not a large one(no pickup truck)$67 per day across the street. Very tiny room, not much of space, not too much light or windows. The good, it’s very well placed to access all interest places in Time Square, Central Park and others.

Property was easy to get to, affordable parking right next door. Room was well appointed and clean. In the center of everything, walked to Times Square several times. Staff was helpful.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, there were no vending machines for midnight snacks and the AC worked poorly which was rough on a 90° day.

My power went out, the room was super small when it was called the deluxe room, and no breakfast. Small coffee machine in my lounge was the only perk. It does the job for a place to stay I guess, but nothing great. Many other better options

This hotel was within a very short walk of MOMA whose visit was one of my highlighted activities in NYC. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The staff were helpful. There was nothing that they could do about the construction right next door; but my room was quiet during non-working hours. The wall paper in the halls struck me as out of Alice in Wonderland in a quaint way with all its differently shaped frames and colors. Breakfast was coffee, tea, or chocolate with an assortment of baked goods; if you're looking for something in the family of eggs and bacon, you'll need to look elsewhere. But that's fine since the place is so centrally located with lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. Rather than walk in the sweltering summer heat, I took a cab to the Museum of Natural History, which provided another highlight of my visit. All in all, this place is well located, has very nice rooms, and helpful people on staff.

Comfortable place. Staff was great. Location was phenomenal. However, they should stop advertising the included breakfast - it’s a tray of scones/ danish which aren’t that great.

This hotel was wonderful! We stayed for 4 nights in early June. We were in an excellent location to easily walk a lot of places. The beds are incredibly comfortable, though the bathrooms are VERY small. The only critique I have is that while "breakfast is included" was advertised, "breakfast" is a platter of small pastries. Not a breakfast by any explanation. Maybe a snack you eat on your way to actual breakfast? Either way, we would stay there again for sure. We'd just make other plans for food.
