The staff was courteous and helpful.. We had 2 rooms reserved and had requested refrigerators for both rooms, well in advance. They were not in the rooms when we arrived, which only added to an already stressful travel day. Although, I did like that I was able to text the staff and get it resolved quickly. I feel at that price point a refrigerator and little coffee machine should be a given. It was nice to sit out in front at the tables, the area was nice and there were many places to go within walking distance, stores, restaurants, etc. Overall it was a nice stay.

The rooms are tiny. I couldn’t imagine how small. It’s for maybe

No key card for the room had to get the person at the front desk to let me in. Also having house keeping just barge into the room wasn't super fun. Also no working AC in the rooms!
-
Hated to be without coffee until 7 a.m., because it was raining too hard to go out for coffee.
-
Beat up, used and abused and overpriced. Nothing to brag about. Sorry. Hard to believe how expensive it was. The room was tiny, not very nice. The design is way out of date and the whole hip, playful, cool motif is embarrasing. I suggest shutting it down and starting over.

Great location. Very clean. Great amenities. Helpful & friendly staff. Great view. I just wish the room was a bit larger.

The rooms are SOOOOOOOOO small. I did not like the bathroom sink in the room just a few feet from the bed. Luggage has to be opened on the bed as there is not enough room to open the bags and walk around the bed.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were even more beautiful. The rooftop bar was a time. Highly recommend!
