Great hotel. Good fun vibes, made for young couples. Not very family oriented but all in all was a good stay.

Bar service very slow top roof closed for party

Nice hotel and great location! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the gym was hot and small.

The location was terrific as were the staff members and the conditions of the property itself. The only downside was noise from the rooftop party. We were on the 8th floor over the weekend. If one is a light sleeper, one should get a room on a lower floor and that might help.

Close to night clubs and bars .

We had a fantastic stay. Although the rooms are small they are well thought out and stylish.

The staff and property were perfect. Location is exactly where you want to be if you’re exploring the Williamsburg. Very easy access to transportation and train.

The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbors talking, and I could also hear people having sex on two separate occasions in the same night. The location is super central and walkable to various shops and restaurants in Williamsburg, and a ten min walk to M and L lines, and a bus that stops right outside! There is free coffee in the mornings until 10 am, and there is also a really cool rooftop bar, that guests of the hotel can get to without paying for a ticket/cover. The view is amazing. And it is open pretty late, so sometimes on the weekend you can hear the music from the room but it’s easy to drown out. I didn’t get a chance to check out the gym, but it has its own level and open 24 hrs!

No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous.

Not worth the money, priced like a 5 star but is no better than a holiday inn

Clean hotel, room, friendly staff and relatively quiet

I paid 150 more then the price that was quoted to me when I reserved the rooms. The hotel was nice however you expect that if you book with one price when you get to the hotel its going to stay the same price. But that was not the case they were 150 more then the price that I booked with.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at a charge but you are charged a daily "Destination" fee of $30 and you get credits that you can use for your breakfast. Bar was nice as was the rooftop bar and patio. No parking on site but the hotel has a partnership with a city parking garage about 5 blocks away where you get a discounted rate.
