No fitness room on property it is close by and a nominal fee; you do get a discount at the cafe next door - great coffee

This is a very clean hostile at a great price. I'm a big guy tho. I stayed for a week and by the end I was very claustrophobic. If you are on the smaller side you may be very comforatble.

Great little pod hotel for a solo, budget last-minute room. Very trendy and modern design. But you must know the rooms are not fully enclosed. They are open above, so you are basically just sleeping in a cubicle. You can hear the person in the next room practically breathing.

I appreciate the big lockers that were available in the basement, good for helping store your luggage when arriving early or leaving late. But the fees are not cheap. Only real criticism is the "lounge" room which is a sad little dungeon in the basement. Internet was fast and reliable. Compared to other low budget options in expensive NYC, I would come back here.

Location top notch. Bed, pillow, and comforter are comfortable. I had good sleep despite of absolutely no noise proof of the property.

Very clean and get what’s advertised.

I stayed two nights. The first night there was a weird noise (apparently coming from the A/C ) that made anxious and sleepless, but the second night I used the noise device facilitated by the hotel and I covered my ears with the air plugs adding an extra-blanket that I requested and I slept like a rock, very comfortably. The location is great, wonderful! near to many cool places. I loved and appreciate that I could receive my cabin earlier than the check-in time which shows the great customer care in reception.

As a 50 year old working mom, I do not often stay in this type of accommodation but I was once a young backpacker who would have loved this type of hotel. I'm not sure shared bathrooms are for me anymore but the Now Now is exactly as advertised. Seamless check in experience, (very) small sleep cabin, (clean) shared bathroom. The sound machine in each room was very helpful. I would also recommend bringing a small fan if you are someone who runs hot since there is no way to control the temperature in the cabins. Overall a good experience and would recommend it to folks who are looking for an upgraded hostel experience.

Negatives: Room is not as advised, yes it’s tiny but most importantly they do not have ceilings, it’s more like rows of cubicles so there is no ventilation and you hear the noise of other guests. Terrible sleep both nights from the heat and noise of other guest’s even through the ear plugs and noise machine. See photo showing open ceilings in the room.

Loved the pods, I felt so cozy in there and everyone on my hall was very quiet and considerate. The location for the price was also amazing! And there was a surprising amount of storage available in the little pod (under & above the bed) plus they had storage rooms for larger items. Someone near me was snoring all damn night. I know that’s not the property’s fault, but with the open ceilings it was definitely noticeable whenever someone nearby did make noise. Using the provided sound machine & earplugs did help a lot, but as a light sleeper I might not choose to stay there again because of this.

hotel is right on the hot spot where you wanna be either Soho or noho area. subway is very accessible. stsaff is very helpful and i gotan early check in which great after a red eye from San Diego.

It’s very noisy at night

At first, I seriously considered returning to this hostel for all future New York City visits. The rooms were snug but very cozy, and the additional items they provided (free wifi, bathrobe, towel, slippers, eye mask, ear plugs) were amazing! The communal and showers and toilets were also very clean! There were 3 sets of showers and toilets so I never had to wait! Aside from the occasional snoring, door slamming, and obnoxiously loud neighbours at 6am, my stay was great! I got 20+ BED BUG BITES on my third night. I thought they were mosquito bites, but upon doctor consultation, they confirmed it was bed bugs contracted from this hostel. Beware before booking!
