Shared bathroom room. Wasn't too bad a little dirty but what you'd expect for the price. Kind of a weird vibe
-
The room was clean and was organized well but the room smelled absolutely terrible. It had an odor that was like a combination ofmoth balls & horrible incenses! But the staff was very helpful. The room was simply put together and share bathrooms, clean. It will be amazing location for people who just want to spend the night somewhere on a cheap budget.

This was the ideal home base for our family of four spending 5 nights in the city. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a full sized fridge for our leftovers from Katz’s, which is just a few blocks away. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of subway stations nearby so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go! Also there’s an excellent coffee shop just a couple doors down.

Staff is great. Best in SoHo area. Definitely recommended!

It was a good location but obviously very small

This place was terrible. Cost $160 for a room that felt unsafe, flimsy lock between rooms. Outlets did not work, when asked the FD about it they said you can charge your phone in the lobby. Not real helpful. Black hair in the shower. Welcomed by a dead bug in the middle of the bed. For the amount we paid woukd expect better. Stayed in an economy room.

“Shared Bathroom Economy Suite” is how our room was listed. Perhaps this is obvious to everyone else but Expedia should really clarify on their website that this doesn’t mean shared between YOUR guests but instead shared with RANDOM guests. When we checked in, the gentleman immediately clarified this (which must mean it’s a common misunderstanding) and offered to upgrade us for an additional $150 to a private room. This was an unplanned expense and therefore we did not accept the upgrade. As two women traveling, we certainly didn’t feel comfortable sharing a vulnerable space like a bathroom but it was only one night so we accepted. Otherwise, the hotel is very dated, and could use upgraded furniture. It is much older and worn than the photos describe. You are only provided one flat pillow and one very harsh, small towel per person. Despite this, it seemed clean and the staff were kind. It worked out for a one night stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Our room was cozy with air conditioning. Everything including the bathroom was very clean. Enjoyed our stay

The room and hallway area were very clean. Hotel is in great location!
-
Staff was super helpful and room was larger than most. Easy walk to great shopping

Very outdated and misleading. These are not suites; they are repurposed apartments. An “economy suite” is just a room in an apartment that you will be sharing with a stranger. Bathrooms are not actually private for you like the site indicates. They are private for the APARTMENT. Air conditioner is an old window unit that doesn’t work great. TV is a sad little thing from 2002 with basic cable that doesn’t even get all the channels. Wifi is practically useless it’s so slow. Beds are hard and very uncomfortable. It’s not worth the headache; just spend a little more and get something comfortable.

Staff were super helpful and attentive. Staff greeted us with joy and enthusiasm. Room was perfect for our stay and location was amazing with just 6 miles to little Italy. We enjoyed our time. Thank you to the staff at Off Soho suites

Descent price point, close to subway and area of intrest.
-
Highly recommend - very convenient to SOHO, China Town, Little Italy and the famous Katz Deli. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Having a suite is perfect for making meals.
-
The staff experience was mixed—most were friendly and helpful, though a few interactions felt less welcoming. We appreciated that they stored our luggage after checkout and allowed us to wait in the lobby for several hours, as we had to check out about four hours before leaving the city.

Was always nice and pleasant clean a good environment
-
Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Off Soho Suites Hotel. The place is older and a bit dated but clean and roomy. VERY cold air conditioning in all rooms which was wonderful during the hot days of summer. Our group actually stayed in a total of 4 rooms due to an overnight flight cancellation and each one was just as clean, roomy and cold. It was so nice to have a refrigerator to put leftovers and snacks in. The location is fantastic - we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go - and there's a "world's finest ice cream" shop just across the street that is right to brag! There is some street noise but the window unit air conditioners tend to drown that out. We slept very well and will stay here again next time we come to the City.

Great base for a week in NYC. The apartment was basic and a little outdated but had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfy. Within 5 minute walk of 2 subway stations so great access. Staff were polite and helpful. Would stay again.

What an amazing spacious place with extra helpful staff. A little old but great value for money.
