It was clean, bed was comfortable. Quiet. Bad neighborhood.

Not much. The room is decent. The breakfast is decent for a quick meal The lobby needs some serious work. The shuttle bus was in repair. I was told it would not be ready in the morning. I called an UBER and then was told it’s working but not for another hour ( cancelled UBER) and then rebooked. Shower was very lukewarm

The hoyltel was very good, clean well maintained. Quiet and friendly staff. I would have stayed for longer, but for lack of time.Next time will go back and stay for longer.

Very few options for breakfast. They even dont have a toaster.

The shuttle to the airport, when I asked was told that it ran every thirty minutes, but when it was time to go to the airport I was told that it ran every hour, had to take a cab. That was the reason for staying at the hotel.

Super poor customer service Indian staff or from Middle East….. talking laud in their language making jokes!!! And ignoring customer service needs

Close proximity to JFK airport I was told there were curtesy phones to ring from when I reached Federal circle at the airport but there weren’t any. So had to ask someone to ring the Hotel for me. The shuttle bus arrived in 8 to 10 minutes which was good.

The location was ok for me. The shuttle bus was their advantage There is the need for refurbishment from the walkway to the various rooms.

What makes this WORSE is that the shuttle doesnt take you across the street to the airport, but to the airtrain, adding another hour to your trip. AVOID this hotel. at all costs.

I booked this hotel before a flight out of jfk. I had to cancel my flight /trip out due to medical reasons. The hotel refused refund and or change. Not happy

Clean room , nice stuff

I book a stay for one nite..First the blinds were broken and could not close properly..My toilet was not flushing..No TV..they told me someone was going to come and fix it..they never did..No phone service..someone suppose to ck it out never did..I then went back down to the service desk around 8pm and ask to speak to a manager and was told no management on site..Then I was told I was going to be compensated..I left for out of the country..when I get back and called..I was told to call Expedia and hav them call the hotel..When I called..Expedia called the hotel and when they back from talking with the hotel..I was told only $25 was going to be refunded..I'm so disappointed with the customer service and the room..Rm #306 should never be available to be book.

Tv did not work properly bed was had couple stains shower was okay but not the best. But I was only staying so I could fly out of jfk.
