I love the location of this hotel. One bus ride to and from LaGuardia Airport and close to the A train.
-
Great service and great staff
-
The TV kept buffering the entire stay. Unable to watch TV. No working iron in room. Called front desk and the 2nd iron didn’t work either. The 3rd one did work.
-
Overall everything was good.
-
Dirty sheets I paid for city view they put me in a corner with view of buildings. Oh and the curtain didn’t work so the window was up the entire time. I was so annoyed I left the 2nd night around 8 to stay in another hotel.
-
Excellent location, great staff, hotel is in a great condition, beautiful place definitely will come back
-
From the person who checked us in, to house keeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt secure at the location and lobby/bar had some fun events! It was a good time!

We had a Great stay at the Hotel
-
Room was very old and tiny with two queen beds - very low to floor. I had air from ceiling blowing on my face all night long. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Even if there were, there was no room for them. Very few outlets - bathroom was a joke with a CURTAIN for privacy and two sliding doors that were impossible to get together. TV did not work properly. Room just did not appear and smell fresh and clean. However, view on 18th floor was great. Restaurant in hotel has a fun atmosphere. Food was okay. However, service was horrible.
-
The energy was insane!!! The restaurant and the sign in desk on the 5th floor was great! The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Harlem in all its glory.
-
Such a wonderful, timeless spot. Love the decor and ambiance and the lobby and mezzanine areas are always hopping. Great live music!
-
Onsite parking for smaller vehicles behind the hotel. Nothing available to accommodate smokers; i.e. benches.
-
Tv and lights didn't work properly in the room. Hard to make a reservation for dinner.. Calling front desk took long time before you get an answer, but when they do answer staff are nice.
-

I would come again good vibe
-
Super cool looking hotel. Gorgeous view. I almost don’t want to write this because I would like it to be the hidden gem that it is. Parking is expensive.
-
You can hear sirens running through your window all night. We live in the 18th floor.
-
Breakfast and dinner was great! The wifi was weak service it kept disconnecting.
