The have parties on the 5th and 28 floors on weekends.

Air-Conditioning on the room it was making tremendous noise. I couldn’t barely even sleep with that noise so bad if I shut the AC off, it will be very muggy. It will be even harder to sleep. and also outdoors noise it was common. Lots of police cars noise throughout the night That was on the 15th floor I got a dinner on the dining room room. I sat there. I asked for a meal cost me 45 bucks and I asked for a red glass of wine and they forgot I asked three different waiters and I wait a long time to get a glass of wine.

Great trip

The location is very accessible by public transportation from the airport. It is also in an extremely walkable neighborhood. I did not use any other transportation than MTA. The hotel room had beautiful views and nice cultural infused decor. The staff in the hotel, bar, and restaurant were professional and prompt. All attitudes were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend the hotel.

quiet rooms. Lotion. Payed for breakfast included, said it was only for two. Not a hotel for families. Only providers to towels for two. I booked for a family of four . Had to ask for more towels each of the four day stay,. Cleaning was not thorough.

I love the breakfast. Good variety. However, SEE BELOW regarding breakfast. Nice room. I come here every 3-4 to visit my son and while there willalways be some aspects that a person does not like, I was extremely disappointed with the options for breakfast---you should be able to choose what you want. PLEASE let everyone have the option of $25 coupon for breakfast. I was not happy that they had changed some of the methods of thebreakfast options. I was sgiven vouchers for the Continental Breakfast, which was free-only 2 choices and why would anyone want to eat the same/similar things for the entire time they were there. The $25 voucher is much better. According to staff, you now have to make sure your reservation DOES NOT say breakfast included in order to get the $25 voucher. Room--very clean, however, the shade was broken on both sides, difficult to pull up and down. Had to do by hand part of the time. First time I have seen this. Appeared sloppy and gave impression nobody cares.

The staff were amazing and courteous! The rooms were clean and well stock with towels, etc. Best part of it all is that it was located in the heart of HARLEM!!!

The room was not cleaned everyday, and one night, housekeeping came by the room at 7:30PM asking if they could clean the room. It seemed odd that housekeeping was coming by the room so late in the evening, especially since we were out of the room all day. The "front desk" area hardly seems like a reception area. The day we checked in, the music was so loud in the dining area that I could barely hear at the "front desk." It's also odd that the first thing you see when getting off the elevator is the restaurant and not a lobby. It's also not pleasant that ground entrance and elevators smell like marijuana.

I recommend this hotel. Very convenient location near the subway. The room is great, comfortable bed and excellent shower.

The terrace wasn’t open so that was a little disappointing

Although most of my visits to NYC center on activities midtown and below, I would seriously consider another stay at this hotel. A block and a half away the A train whisks you downtown, and the streets of Harlem are alive with world humanity and global culture, with great shopping deals, historic venues (it’s next to the Apollo Theater!) and good restaurants. Not to mention the great music and other creativity on display. Rooms are up-to-date, the pub/restaurant is excellent, and the rates are reasonable, especially compared with those further south.

I enjoy the vibe at the Renaissance Hotel Harlem. Food is great and music is always good. The hotel is centrally located so it’s was easy to get to all planned destinations. Only disappointment was there were no shows at the Apollo All met my expectations
