Great place

I was kicked out of the hotel for their own reasons without any follow-up, apology, or explanation from the staff. It was the worst experience.

Cozy and convenient

Kitchen have all we needed and was clean.

Loved staying here, big space and convenient access to public transit

Was locked out of the room before the checkout time. Had to be escorted up to retrieve bags. This is a security concern as well as in inconvenience. Customer service does not get back to you .

Easy, clean, just what you want

Rooms are long and narrow but made layout made it feel roomy which was nice. Loved the table as got a bottle of wine that I drank over several nights making me feel a little like home. Definitely would stay here again

The key pad which gave us access to our room was broken, we had to gain access to our room by asking reception to come up and let us in. They said it was just faulty, but after days and days, still didnt work, so very frustrating to have to get staff to enter our room. It never worked the duration of our holiday. If we wanted to go to gym/ roof terrace /lounge, we had to back to reception and get a member of staff to let us in, they were not always available immediately so we had to wait. We were told so many different stories by staff, we did not know what to believe.We asked to be moved room and were told that rooms were over prescribed!! That we would have to move to another hotel, as we were there with my son to celebrate his 40th birthday , we could not move hotels. We are very upset about the situation!! We contacted the sonder app chat and basically got told sorry about inconvenience, we hope to get it fixed. There was no follow up from them to check on the progress at any point . We got a small refund , but for the inconvenience was not nearly enough! We only had fresh towels /room service twice in our 7 day stay. My son had every day and he was in the sonder at the same time! He was very upset as he picked the hotel. Jonathan and Shalane at reception helped as much as they could. It seemed this is an ongoing problem with many rooms!

The room was not in good shape, but the staff did all they could to fix it.

The app to unlock the room is not working. I complained that I could’t open the lock with the passcode and the app, but there is no single staff to fix that issue until I raise my voice at the front desk on fourth day of my stay. It is horrible staffs I have ever experienced with.

Clean room, supportive staff. However, no amenities and it’s a negative point for the stay.

The hotel room exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of the buildings and the water.

минусы- нет уборки , полы не моют и не убирают , чтобы поменять постели нужно просить , мусор выносят, горничные все время что то забывают , то кулек для мусора постелить ,то полотенца положить нужно проверять , для нас было проблемно без уборки но плюсов больше , есть стиральная и сушильная машины но закончились капсулы и сказали купить самим

It was very nice to stay here, the room was very well set up and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I arrived at the hotel and my reservation was not visible to to an outage with the app for Marriott. I waited two hours in the lobby at midnight in Manhattan after flying from California because only a manager could help me and he had to give me in with a key couldn’t use a passcode and then for the other four days I was there. They were unable to give me a passcode that worked until the very last day The front desk ladies that were there when I checked in were like sorry so sorry yeah I can’t do anything. It was just a very bad experience and I am platinum with Marriott Bonvoy
