Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District by IHG

I was not a fan.

This hotel was AMAZING! 4 stars is the appropriate rating! The customer service was excellent each and every time I interacted with the staff! Whether it was at the bar, at the front desk, in the elevator, everyone was always soooo nice! The rooms were exceptionally clean! The beds were so comfortable! And it was quiet! We stayed on the 17th floor and only heard a few honks from time to time. Other than that, this hotel was amazing! Well worth the price! Will stay again whenever I’m in the financial district!

Comfy bed, semi spacious room (for NYC) and very clean with friendly staff

I arrived at 5:15 and the room was not ready. I was not advised of this and was assigned to a room for people with disabilities, which I did not book. The room was comfortable and clean. I requested a room on a lower floor because I do not take elevators. My request was not honored.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location near several subway stations, Wall Street, battery park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room felt clean. Nice shower. They accommodated a late checkout at no extra cost. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant. We found the housekeeping a little unreliable, I mentioned several times we were a group of 4 but kept getting only 3 sets of towels and coffee cups delivered and one day we had no towels. Also our door was left open by housekeeping one of the days.

Location Not worth paying this high price if you are visiting the place and only just sleeping at the hotel. Very expensive not great facilities provided for the price being paid.

Very nice hotel. Exceptionally clean. Convenient to subway and lower Manhattan attractions.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The ventilation system is exceedingly noisy and cannot be turned off. The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable about the area. There is no lobby to speak of.
