The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early which was great. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. I didn’t hear too much outside noise and two layered curtains kept it perfectly dark at night. Our personal balcony did unfortunately look directly at a wall but there was access to other public balconies with a better view. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Exceeded our expectations. Location is great, hotel is very comfortable and offers very qualitative amenities. We had a room with a balcony on the street side : fantastic view and no noise when windows closed.

The room was clean and spacious, the mini bar in the room was great, the breakfast from the restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The location of the hotel was great, it was close to everything. The staff was excellent, informative and accommodated my requests.

I loved all the balconies and location. Although for a boutique expensive hotel there were outlets that didn’t work. They were also poorly placed. They definitely tried to over charged my card after checkout

This property is a great little gem in Manhattan! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, our room was lovely, and it had a balcony too!

It’s a great hotel for our visit to the United States . Great location for shopping activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Lobby was very noisy in the evening due to bar and small area of hotel. Overall good experience .
