Staff was helpful answering questions

Elevators are slow. Hotel is rather dated.

From my arrival to my departure, everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful. The great location provided many dining options, but also a needed escape from the textures of the city. I enjoy my brief stay.

The location is good, but the rooms dated and heavily used. One of my pillows had obvious makeup stains on it. The air conditioning worked well, and I didn’t hear much city noise. This was fine for the bare necessities (bathing and sleeping), but I wouldn’t stay here again.

When I lost my key, the older receptionist guy asked me "how many guests are staying there?" What a weird thing to ask. There was no guest staying there, that's none of his business. Also, no microwave, small fridge, etc in the room which I normally get at other relatively cheaper hotels in Manhattan. The younger receptionist offered to hookup a microwave for $30. Their elevators are crazy slow. Oerall, too pricey for the quality offered.

His staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop bar was amazing. The room was well appointed for New York City hotel and maybe it's lately larger than average room.

In the heart of Manhattan, this classic hotel benefits from the lively Koreatown neighborhood. Bustling with a bakery, bagel shop and numerous restaurants, the location near the 34th St-Harold's Square subway station was perfect for direct trains Uptown & Downtown. A short stroll from Macy's & Madison Square Garden, this spot was perfect. My room overlooked the Empire State Building 2 blocks away. The room was just right, the lobby welcoming and the staff very friendly & helpful. The Roof Top Bar is epic! I highly recommend Hotel @Fifth Avenue.

Location is great, walkable to multiple places and close to subway! Staff was helpful. Can leave your luggages if you’re early or need it after check out. The room was super tight. There was barely some room to move or open the luggage. We stayed in 3 people room, maybe that made it more tight. Felt a bit old.

The hotel is very close to the subway, Penn Station and lots of great places to eat. My only complaint was that you couldn’t get a cup of coffee until 7 am! Air was cold, room was small but clean, nice seating area in the lobby. Would definitely stay there again.

Central location. Water pressure. Bed. Coffee. My window was right by all the loud air conditioners out , and they ran 24/7. It’s a 2 star falling fast.
