Great property with very clean rooms. Only complaint is that there isn’t much storage in the rooms for clothing or toiletries.

Great value for the low price!!

We had a great stay! Staff were kind, welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. Location was perfect for our concert at MSG and the price was great compared to others in the area. The rooftop bar was a huge highlight of this trip and our bartender was fantastic!

room clean. Staff friendly. Accommodated my request for early check-in and check-out.

Every thing was nice and clean, My only complaint was the bed. it was hard and not the comfortable bed you expect for the price 200 a night! oh and the coffee tasted like wet sock!!! so yea it was ok oh and they doubled charged my card with a $250 holding fee! I hope that gets put back into my card as i bought booked the hotel with you guys.

Excellent location and great rooftop bar!

The front office guy we dealt with was awesome. Very helpful and brought a great sense of humour. Really liked our stay and added to our weekend in NY. Go Knicks !!!!

Rooms were comfortable and the location is really good. I showed up 2:40pm, 20 mins prior to check in time and they offered me a downgrade for a room that was ready which I did not take. O checked again at 3pm, which is check in time) and the room was still not ready with them telling me they wouldn't have an ETA on it. Apart from that, it was a bit noisy in the room, I remember hearing someone vacuuming the floor at 5am

Good location, clean rooms and nice staff! A little expensive with so many other hotels nearby.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, and excellent facilities. Most of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our experience was repeatedly affected by a front desk agent named Taion. We had 2–3 interactions with him during our stay, and each one was unpleasant. He was consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked a question. It’s disappointing because the rest of the hotel and staff were excellent. One person shouldn’t detract from an otherwise great guest experience.

All of the hotel staff were extremely kind and accommodating, I believe his name was Talon, at the front desk was so helpful! The hotel is in the middle of everything and has an awesome rooftop bar with a sick view of the Empire State Building
