There was a fight between staff and a customer - my door was by an elevator - the customer videotaped me

A bargain price for the quality and the location. Rooms are a little small. Clean, modern and comfortable otherwise.

The hotel itself was very clean, including our room, and the location was perfect for our trip since we were in town for a concert at Madison Square Garden. It was also surprisingly easy to access while driving into the city. The hotel offers valet parking, and the staff were also helpful in providing suggestions for nearby parking options. We chose to self-park simply because it was significantly more affordable than valet, and having convenient alternatives was really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again, especially when visiting the city for an event at MSG. The combination of a convenient location, clean accommodations, and genuinely helpful staff made this a great choice for our trip!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice size. Housekeeping came every day. This is just a suggestion not a complaint. For the breakfast menu offer some grab and go options like muffins, donuts or pastries.
