was really helped out upon arrival by the staff Alexis and Nyheila thank you and was all really amazing.

The location was great .close to the classes I was attending. My meals and the staff were great I understand it’s moody and sexy. But as a woman staying alone I didn’t like how dark it was by the elevators in the lobby. Also how high it was to step over the bath to have a shower. Also I have stayed other places where the bathroom is also open visually to the bedroom but they had a privacy mode available for modesty. I was staying alone. What if u was staying with a work colleague?

Absolutely Perfect location — Highline, Chelsea Market, Little Island. We love the on-site restaurants: amazing breakfast and a fun Beer Garden. This last time we had an amazing view of the Whitney and the water! I really appreciated that this room had a table, bench, closet and slats adding a little privacy to the shower. Really we love this hotel. With our view of the water came proximity to the Standards rooftop bar . We were on the 5th floor, and we were able to look down on it. They do provide ear plugs, and the noise wasn’t too bad. BUT when you read “rooftop bar” and the hotel asks if you want a higher room, i would ask if actually the higher room might be less loud! Because i assumed the rooftop bar was on the tall roof of the Standard and i might have been wrong!

Location was great. Lobby underwhelming. Not a fan of very low beds. Clean and well maintained. Nice staff.

Amazing Hotel, wonderful staff

Beautiful cottages on 2 levels with a great view They could add some espresso maschines to the additional instant coffee :-)

This was my second time staying at the property and love the high standards of the hotel! The location is pivotal to just about everything NY has to offer!

Great location and great friendly staff. Clean and well maintained.

Good location, good view of the Hudson and the AC works sufficiently well. Completely ridiculous and incompetent staff--we were in a rush to get to the airport and told them so. They then lost our luggage for half an hour and claimed they were too busy to find it. We asked to see the manager and were refused and were told nothing could be done. Very unprofessional.

The girl at the front desk wasn't very helpful and eventually called her boss, who was even less helpful and quite rude. I ended up not staying there and booked the hotel right next door instead. It had a much better location, friendlier staff, and the overall experience was far better.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. It did not seem at all like a 4-star. Our room was very hot and did not get cool, We ended leaving that night because there were no other available rooms. The manager did give us our money back and allowed us to cancel for free which we really appreciated. The management team seemed a little inexperienced,
