The hotel is in a great location in the meat packing area. Just don't get a room facing downtown otherwise you will be kept awake by the bar on ground floor next to the hotel .I was on the 13th floor and music didn't stop until 3am and started again at 6am for an hr. If you want sleep don't recommend. unless uptown facing side is better.

Suite was worth it though. Views are insane
-
The smallest room!!

Down stairs hallway lightning can be improved. The elevator music can be changed everyday somewhat annoying.

Fully glass shower cabin is not suitable for sharing with friends or family. Some rooms have shudders on the shower cubes (my friend had them, I did not). Great views and location. Showers leak water everywhere but other than that it was great. Comfy beds.

It was cleaning and the location is good. The view from the gym was stunning! The elevator and the hall were dark, no lamps. Difficult to see what floor to tap. Many people complained it in the elevator. I fell once while could not see a bag on the floor.

Location. And the clean vibe of the hotel. The mini-bar snacks were on a weighted system which was not declared anywhere..I actually didn’t open anything but ended up being charged which was a bummer.

We had the misfortune to get a room with a tub this time, which I will now request not to get next time. The tub is hazardous getting in and out of , and all we needed was the shower. Plugs are under the night stand and not easily accessible to charge your phone. Beds are too low and too close to shower/ tub window, so difficult for the person on that side of bed to get in or out.

The front desk check-in person named Melissa was an excellent person to deal with. She helped us immensely, and we really appreciated her taking the time to care about us as an older couple. also, the employee named David was especially helpful because he took care of getting a taxi for us. He had to work hard to get one. He went out of the way to help us with our luggage and rolled it down the street for several blocks, going beyond his duty.
