It’s a beautiful and cozy hotel. Everyone was so nice. The room was clean. I really enjoyed the Terrace where they have happy hour and breakfast.

The rooms are clean, bathrooms a good size for NYC, location could not be better, and the gym is a plus!

5 Star experience for our entire family! The breakfast and happy hour was such an added and unexpected bonus. The hotel was quiet and updated with a homey feel. Great proximity to the subway and Central Park. We will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Evening "hours of indulgence" was great with wine, beer and food to nibble on. Only problem was we had no towels in our room when we arrived but they were brought to our room that evening. Would stay there again.

Location was great and accessible by various travel means, i.e. subway, private car, Uber. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. During our stay there seemed to be a few shortages like washcloths but this may have been temporary. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we will stay there again on our next visit!

Staff went over and above to remedy any shortcomings we had.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Luggage storage was provided when I had some time to burn between check-out and my flight. Nice and central location-wise, close to the subway. Would stay again.

The hotel was beautifully designed and styled, with very helpful and attentive staff. All of the amenities were up to standard, and I would 100% stay there again.

On the website, they announced high speed internet and this was one of the reasons I booked my stay at Westhouse. But internet speed was very, very slow.

The hotel and our suite were fantastic, and the breakfast and happy hour drinks and nibbles were always delicious. Staff is wonderful.

This hotel is a gem. Very nice rooms. Secure fast elevators. Beautiful breakfast/afternoon food eating area on 23rd floor with gorgeous large balcony. Coffee all day and a lovely place to work during the day and nice area off lobby as well. Great location.

After staying in New York City many times, this is probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and Location was excellent. What really made this place great was the morning breakfast staff and the evening happy hour staff. Specifically one staff member Sonia who served the wine and attended to all the guests made this stay extremely amazing. We met so many nice people and the staff made this stay extra special. I would highly recommend this location to returning New York visitors or new visitors as well.
