This hotel is convenienting located near the mall and other close places in Newark that a tourist needs. Customer service is always great along with the bartender and food service. I've been at this location numerous times and will continue to come back.

It was a great place , very clean. From front to room was great, probably since it’s newer. But it was nice indeed. My only concern was the staff, they’re unfocused and unaccommodating, I asked for my room to be cleaned since we stayed there for 5nights, I asked for full service but they just fix the bed and the bathroom was still dirty. Front desk customer service could’ve been better, breakfast was decent good thing they always have fresh fruit which is a plus. Coffees and other food are not filled most of the time, i have to ask twice.

Property is new and clean The AC in our room is notcooling the room. Made our boght very uncomfortable. Our son woke up few times crying and sweating.

Breakfast was more than ok. Did not like paying $10 to park in the hotel's parking lot.

It was in a quiet area. The breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and attentive. The location was safe clean and close to everything and to all our family!!!! They had an indoor pool!!!!!
