ice machine broken sliding door in poor repair could not connect wifi never asked for the password. brought iphone to front desk and she connected somehow after a while. Gave up on laptop and other phone back in room

The staff only support was giving me a plunger to unclog the toilet. The property was under construction and the amenities wasn't any. The dresser had burn marks the toilet unclean and the bed mattress was scary. I should be given a refund or rebate.

There were a few things that didn’t work, like the TV and fridge. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink. Otherwise, not bad.

Strong smell of smoke. Staff was particularly unhelpful. No place to fill up water bottles aside from purchasing overpriced plastic bottles in the lobby. Floor was cracking and peeling. The sliding glass door did not sit properly in the frame and rattled at night. Light in the bathroom flickered. WiFi did not work.

there were roaches in my room, crawling in my microwave and behind the TV. I brought it to the manager attention, and I still have not received a call back yet or credit for another room or my money back.
