The staff were all great! Great location and the bathrooms are really cool

Modern, stunning interior design. All the round curves of furniture, the room, the elevator, etc that matches the physical building is beautiful. Limited free parking

The location was great, everything we were going for was in walking distance or light rail including the boardwalk, the beach and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and efficient and the buffet breakfast variety and quality we enjoyed a lot + the view from the restaurant was nice. The room was comfortable and the facilities and amenities were maintained well I suppose because it is in the city, parking options were limited. We opted to park in the associated car park 5 minutes walk away validated for $20 per day. But we could enter and exit how many times we liked.

Very nice decor and ambience, lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Rooms very comfy and stylish. Nothing, the service and product delivery was on point for the budget.

The staff handled my husband’s medical episode extremely well and ensured we were well looked after once we returned from the hospital. We can not WAIT to return! Can’t give enough praise! Such an amazing and comfortable place to stay!! Nothing

The rooms are really nicely designed. Some of the decor choices are a bit odd but I love the adaptive reuse of a 1970s office building. Great views of surrounding city and nice amenities and personal touches. Sounds a bit nitpicking but there is too much scent in the lobby. I think it’s a trend in hotels these days but it smells life you’ve been buried in a potpourri bowl.

The bed was comfortable My room was an ‘accessible’ room, I lifted the bench in bathroom/shower and it was absolutely filthy underneath. Covered in mould and slime, it obviously had not been cleaned/scrubbed in many months. I found this quite disturbing and made me concerned about the cleanliness of all the other surfaces. The is a simple step to add to the cleaners checklist. It’s odd though that a customer needs to tell you this. Also the parking charge of $50/ngt is ridiculously over priced, almost price gouging your customers.
