Easy instructions, shame can't check-in till 3pm there is a sewerage smell coming from the main bathroom A small table and 2 chairs for the balcony would be great addition

Clean and well equipped Pillows were too firm and high Shower basin in main bathroom flooded the floor - possibly blocked?

The pillows are just too high & hard, so would suggest a variety. I bought my own with me, but my partner did not & had to roll up a wrap to try & get some sleep.

When booking it showed the unit with what seemed to be water views. Our apartment looked over a vacant block with graffiti on walls across the road. The apartment whilst basically clean it was not really. Dusty in places, dirty mirrors and windows. It’s functional but not glamorous. Good location though and easy access and close to the city centre.

The location and ease of access was fantastic. The appartment was comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend

The location to the water was good. The apartment was dark, and all of the windows were locked. The only fresh air was through opening the balcony door. This seemed unsafe in an emergency as we were on the first floor. The view from the balcony was of grass and barbed wire/ graffiti and no sun or breeze as it was the back of the building. We also had the apartment furthest from the lift which meant a long trip with bags through a smelly passageway (residents cooking smell). It was not clear where the lock box was at first and it was also difficult to put the keys back as numbers on the dial on the lock were small. I rang the property people for help but we eventually solved it.

The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable and has been well maintained. It was well fit-out with full sized kitchen, dining, laundry etc. Rooms were comfortable. Prior to my stay I received 7 text messages on the day of my arrival alone. Through a text we received directions on how to access a mailbox and retrieve a fob key. The directions were not clear and very confusing. There were no details on how to access the car park, which considering there were multiple unmarked carparks next to each other, would have been helpful to have been covered in one of these texts. When we finally got to the room, the access code didn’t work and we had to call the support team to reset it and wait for another text. After a long drive from out of town, another 30mins trying to park the car and enter the room just became a big inconvenience.
