The breakfast was included so I could take breakfast on site and then slip back upstairs for my morning dump. So civilised. It fulfilled our needs so we stayed on for another day so nothing not to like

Staff were friendly and location was convenient Every time I had a shower the hot water ran out and there was no water pressure. Breakfast was included... wasn't good. Room service available if you go downstairs and collect it yourself. There was hair on the bed that wasn't mine. Parking cost extra. For the cost i would expect more

This hotel was in a fabulous and easy location for our base to visit Newcastle. Paid parking was great. The room we had was neat and compact. The drinking water in Newcastle is very chlorinated, so I recommend going to the hotel gym and fill your water bottle from the cold water in that room. The guest laundry is very clean also, and the machines are easy to use. We stayed for a week, the breakfast menu doesn't really change, you get a choice of chipolata sausages and noodles on one day, then bacon and tomatoes the other day, with scrambled eggs. Fruit bowl was limited, watermelon, pears and oranges every day, some cheeses and avocado would also be good to see on the menu.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Unexpected hot and cold buffet. All you could eat! The site, within walking distance of light rail was ideal for me. A bonus was free parking over the weekend on the street. An information bar with leaflets of what to do and go to.
