Location and customer service from reception staff Loud disruptive Noise all night from location of room, didn't sleep. No power points conveniently put. Bathroom facilities were awkward, unsafe, toilet seat kept falling down and wasn't secure

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice little area for a drink before heading out. The property is looking very tired and old on the inside. The rooms are dark and it felt very cold in the room when I arrived.

Bed comfy Shower was disgusting im not one normally to whinge but this was so bad. Shower was terrible lucky for my feet to get wet

Closest to our party venue and the staff were lovely courteous n very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Across from night club n Maccas, Saturday night a lot of street noise. A lot of young people on the street, very hectic. Unfortunately room overlooked the intersection of night club n Maccas.

Had a really good bacon egg roll. the walls are very thin, could hear people couching next to us. could almost hear parts of their conversation at times. room was very dark, minimal lighting in the rooms made it hard to find things. not a huge deal, these things happen, but it was unfortunate that the elevator broke down as we were leaving and had to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
