The rooms were very nice for a motel. Everything worked great, and we had all the facilities we needed, like aircon, a microwave, and a hairdryer. I liked how they accommodated pets, keeping them separate from other guests and providing bowls and towels for them. Really needed to do some washing, but the facilities were out for maintenance the whole time we stayed. Unfortunate, but I understand. The rooms were a tad small especially if you had a large dog and two suitcases, but for the price it was still great.

Pet friendly. Lovely staff. Clean Paper thin walls. Could hear the guest next door clearing his throat every 5 mins which made it impossible to sleep. Also the wifi constantly cut out so couldn't watch any streaming services.

Very limited TV Channels available. None of the 7 Network Channels worked and I wanted to watch the Ashes... :-( Maitland Road is quite busy with Traffic which was noticeable at night trying to sleep.

Good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff - we had 2 cars and were able to park the second car onsite for free which was appreciated. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent for an overnight stay in Newcastle. Nothing

Super clean comfortable room, new bathroom and little kitchenette

Car park lighting on all night at full lumens, could be turned down to half lighting after 10pm. Throughout the night if I woke up , thought it was morning already with the light behind the curtains. Laundry didn't work and no pool even though i saw it on the website. No USB ports to charge devices.

Good kitchenette in the King Room we used. Staff very helpful. She walked us to our room and was friendly and upbeat. Good value for money. Nothing.

The shower was the best I have had in a very long time, it was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable, it was quiet too. A knife, fork and spoon supplied would have been good.
