Room was decent- noticed a few minor cosmetic things but nothing to be bothered about. The ensuite kitchenette was a nice feature, including a full fridge and all tools needed to cook. The only downside to this room was the noise. I was in an adjoining room (which have been before elsewhere) and have never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. Could hear the guest staying in the floor above me as well. If you arent a light sleeper, this shouldn't be too much of an issue for you. Staff was friendly, check in was smooth, the free breakfast was decent. Location was safe and was a short walk to the Levee. If parking a car in the garage, park before check in and they can validate your parking. The check in car park is quite small and no more than 3 cars fit smoothly. I learned this the hard way haha

Awesome location. We went to a concert at the Riverbend. It was only 15 minutes away when there’s not traffic plus it’s across the river from downtown Cincinnati so easy access to all of the Ballparks and the casino. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and spacious.

The reception staff was friendly and very helpful each time we had a question. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay on my first visit to Cincinnati. The location was excellent even if there was quite a bit of construction. I would love to come back and see what's new once all the construction is done. Highly recommend this location for its closeness to downtown. The only thing I wish was clearer was how the parking worked. They use a parking garage next door and you get a ticket and then bring it in to validate once for your whole stay then just scan it to have have in and out privileges. To do this, you pay for parking in advance. For those of us on a budget it is helpful to know this in advance. Parking rates were reasonable and once I figure out how it worked, it was fine. Free breakfast was great, bar was great both indoor and out. LOVED the suite I stayed in.

Easy to get in and out of. They also have a lounge attached to the hotel. Very nice hotel.

FREE WIFI without becoming a Hilton honors member

Super friendly staff in lobby, housekeeping and in roof top. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, enough parking for a reasonable 15 USD/day. Roof top servers and bar staff friendly and great service. Close to all Newport amenities, great for jogging around the river. Breakfast choices limited.

Everything was great will be back next year

Property looks brand new, clean and well maintained. 30-40 minutes walk to the Cincinnati sports venues. Check in was supposed to be 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15, but did not get into our room until 4:15. Charged $15.90 for parking, $50 hold for any incidentals and WiFi isn’t free unless you join Hilton Honors program. Breakfast was scheduled from 7-10 am. We arrived at 9 am to find most buffet items gone. We stayed until 10 am and never saw food replenished. At $280 a night, I would expect free parking, free WiFi and all breakfast offerings available until time listed as closing time. Will not be staying here again.
