Great stay and location. Clean and spacious room. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Bed was comfortable and the location has a ton of character. Most of the employees were super nice. I had booked a king balcony room on June 2; date of stay was 8/22, for an event to celebrate my husbands birthday. We arrive to the hotel and the parking garage is down and couldn’t produce tickets, the front desks WiFi is down, wait for that to come back up for them to inform me that they didn’t have any balcony rooms left. They tried to resolve the issue bu putting us in a room and then moving rooms once we get back from the event and that was a HUGE inconvenience so I was mad and said no. They told me there was nothing they could do on the price discrepancy because it was booked through third party. The whole ordeal was a big inconvenience and really put a damper on our original plan.

Right on the river. Beautiful view! Hotel was exceptionally clean. The room smelled so good. Beds were comfy. Nice shower. Will definitely stay again!

The beds were so comfortable. The inside (lobby area and restaurant area) was gorgeous . We arrived late, and was starving. We were able to eat at the restaurant. It was really good as well. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was so kind as well. We had to walk across the street to park, we were charged $20 to park in the parking garage, and we still had to walk a good distance to our hotel. Then, in our room, our tub looked dirty, but it was stained. The room obviously had flooding. The wallpaper was bubbled and had several water stains. The TV stand had the cheap particleboard that was bubbling as well. The tracks from the curtains were missing screws and not sturdy. I just felt that the price I paid for the room, these things would've been fixed.

Location and beautiful views

I’m so glad that I chose this hotel. I was in town rooting for my Red Sox in Cincinnati. This hotel was right across the river to the stadium, about a ten minute walk. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful open space lobby. The lobby was loud at times but it wasn’t an issue for me and my friend because we’re deep sleepers but if you’re not, then it might be an issue. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is conveniently located near Cincinnati but my friend and I discovered that Covington is also a fun area. Staying near the Roebling Bridge is another great reason to book this hotel, you’re in walking distance to good restaurants, bars, and sports venues. I read that some rooms have a great view of the bridge and river.

Nice staff at front desk, giving me a quiet room at top floor. The room is nice. Very beautiful sunset and night views. Parking is a little bit expensive.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.

Super clean room! Great view of the river. Very impressed with this hotel and I stay in lots of hotels. Plus, I’m a germaphobe and I wasn’t at all worried about the cleanliness of the room. The bathtubs are slippery and could use grab bars, The beds weren’t the most comfortable—I could feel the springs—but I slept well. Parking wasn’t the greatest because the Marriott garage ticket dispenser didn’t work. So we had to park in the Embassy garage across the street. That was inconvenient. And it was hard to find the parking garage. But it was still a great experience. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars.

Love the location the hotel staff was amazing. Didn't like how the check in was on the second floor and not the first kinda hard to navigate.

The from desk staff were very friendly and accommodating when asked for a room away from other guests to minimize noise. Also granted us 1 hour longer than check out.
