Our room was not cleaned, the hotel was dated and hallways smelled musty. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable.

The staff at the desk was very helpful. She suggested number of local places to eat and very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing we did not like was the plastic silverware and styrofoam plates for breakfast.

The hotel it’s was ok but the breakfast wasn’t the best. We paid extra for breakfast when we purchased the room. Breakfast was from like 5-11 am I think on Sunday morning. We went down about 8:30 and everything was pretty much wiped clean. The biscuit's and gravy, French toast, and a few other things were completely wiped out. We assumed they would replace but when we asked the guy who was working breakfast he said he wouldn’t be bringing out more. If it would have been a free breakfast included with our stay it would have been okay but we paid extra for the breakfast. We never said anything more to the staff but it was just kind of a letdown. The lady at the front desk when we checked in Saturday evening was very nice and helpful b

All the staff were helpful and easy access to downtown Cincinnati.

Room was clean. Rooms need some TLC along with the mattresses. Not saying I slept bad but they could be better. I’d still stay again though

Passable

Location was great with plenty of food spots around it. The facilities were worn down, the ice machine was terrible, the A/C wasn’t that good, there was mold in the bathrooms and the bathrooms were dingy.

When i first reserved a room, I got one with double beds. We realized that we would be earlier than expected, and asked if we could check in earlier because we were traveling with a dog and wanted to get him settled before heading out. When we got there, the receptionist suggested a different room with a double bed and a pull out. We took it and it was perfect! Thank you Holiday Inn! Excellent!!

Front desk rep was very nice! Hotel is showing its age somewhat. Smelled musty in hallways. Room was very small. Bathroom and shower was the best part of the stay- looked like it had been updated. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Ok for a one night stay.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and spacious.

Very good
-
The shower was full of black mold, the toilet base ans caulk was covered in a pink mold like substance and i am pretty sure the bathroom wall had a blood splatter on it.

The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on.

The staff at check in was wonderful...the room was clean and well taken care of. Its an older hotel, but still nice. The area around the hotel seems sketchy a bit and there were no lights in the back parking lot which doesn't seem very safe. My only realy complaint was at breakfast. A couple of items were empty by 9am, and no more was brought out. If full, the breakfast buffet would be nice, but the people working didn't seem concerned. I would still recommend this hotel...comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Go elsewhere for breakfast.
