Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati-Covington

Only one elevator was working, the pool was closed due to mechanical issues… but was not told that when asked during reservations. The staff at the breakfast area was incredibly slow and everything was overpriced!

For some reason I was charged 16.96 on checkout and I still have no idea why. Other than that, it was nice

If you are coming for an event in Cincinnati this is where you want to stay!! Such a fun area and you can take the bus downtown for $2.00!!

Staff very friendly and helpful

Room had an industrial dryer inside of it that was clearly trying to dry out the wall/carpet. Visible black mold on the ceiling.

My bed was lumpy and not comfortable, the room was dusty, covering was missing on light fixtures, plugs didn't work. I requested a microwave for the room, and it was also dusty and dirty on the outside

Staff was helpful, parking on sight, I was able to run early morning! Breakfast was good

The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad.

Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to so many places. Will book again

Hotel is great, only small thing is I wish the AC was colder but not a big deal at all since I like it below 68. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay
