Jefferson Inn and Suites

Looks like a place that drugs and or murder is about to happen. Very run down rooms. If ur broke and need a roof over your head I guess but definitely wouldn’t want to stay ever

The cost and location was fine, and the gentleman assisting check-in was nice. VERY dirty, rotten food in sink, stove and overhead very dirty, loveseat and chair looks like they were used for an outhouse, looked like what appeared to be blood on bathroom door and wall, paint peeling off walls in large sections, lamp by the beds had no shade and falling apart, the bed frames were of a platform styles and wobbly and legs bending, bedding stained up, very dim single light in main area, floors were not clean, mouse droppings, dead bugs. The room was missing curtains to which the staff advised people were stealing them but they did have some up when we returned. The staff (gentleman who helped our check-in) was very friendly tho. The room itself was a true definition of something from the slums or even that from a horror movie without any exaggeration. How this was even able to be allowed can not be explained. Something and or someone failed somewhere and done so miserably. We did not stay and immediately left out praying nothing left out with us. Unfortunately no returns were given but given the circumstances and conditions of that room, we happily took the financial loss. We did not even take time to take photos as we HAD to get out ASAP! Do better!

Terrible staff and rooms!

You would never stay here once you see how filthy the rooms are. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by bugs and cockroaches running in bathroom and on the beds as well. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. After taking one look at the room I had booked, I left immediately, even though it was already 11:00 p.m. I sincerely hope Expedia will refund my money. I can’t believe a place like this is still allowed to operate as a “hotel.” To make matters worse, the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was everywhere.

Bug on the bed nasty

Do NOT spend your money here, it’s literally a roach/insect motel.. Rooms were filthy, ran down, needed to be remolded, no real amenities, lights did not work, dead bugs Everywhere !!! Staff acted oblivious to how the hotel looked.. Then when requested for a refund, manager denied it !!! Bad for business, do not waste your time here… Highly disappointed !!! NEVER coming back !!!

Very poor

This property is in VERY poor condition. I have many pictures (time coded) of holes in the walls when I checked in, absent refrigerator which was pictured in the original add, very poor cleanliness. The entrance to the lot has 2 very deep pot holes which have had no attention for a very long time. The wifi does not stay connected for more than 5 minutes between drop outs and has no security when connected. I am very surprised that Expedia lists this property on their site.
