The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and nice I would recommend this spot 100%

The property was very conveniently located. Although I could not get ahold of the property when calling, prior to check in the staff made sure they got ahold of the front desk manager when we arrived. He came to the property immediately and allowed us to check in a little early for the inconvenience. We will be back. It’s a great hotel.

The staff was very helpful. The room was the best out of 5 places we stayed at up and down the coast. Would definitely stay here again!

Service: Would not let us check in early. It was mid-week and obviously there was vacancy. Ok fine… came back later to check in then went out for dinner and photographing sunset. We returned after 9pm. We found that our toilet was clogged. Upon checking the front desk I found there was no one available. The room phone doesn’t work and goes to a non-set-up voicemail (in a hotel?!?!) and a phone number was posted on the lobby door. I called, left a message and no answer at all. Rang doorbell many times… no answer. We were without a functioning toilet for the night. In a sleepy coastal town, it’s a problem. Complete apathy by the hotel manager. He was rude when we tried to check in. Complained about his employees when I did ACTUALLY check in. Had nothing to say really when I informed him that we had a guest need over night. Said he’d call his boss because apparently a hotel manager has no authority to manage. We never got a response. When we checked out he shrugged his shoulders and shut the door in my face.

The motel was close to wonderful ocean beaches, Historic Oldtown Newport, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and literally every place I wanted to see.

Room looked renovated, and felt fresh and clean. Enough room inside. Check in was easy. All good. I would stay again.

This property did not worth the price for family suites, it is actually a motel but they changed the name, no shampoo no soap in the shower, the bathroom door was making a loud squeaky noise bothering everyone sleeping, no coffee or hot water, their lobby was closed in the morning when I needed. It is good for just 1 night but not for the price and service, AC was not working either in my room, the living room AC stopped working in the middle of the night.

This was our last destination on a 3 stop beach trip, and my goodness, what a surprise! The location is fantastic! Theoretically, you could pretty much walk anywhere. It was super close to beach access, close to the downtown harbor, close to the aquarium. Our room faced the highway and we even had a little peekaboo ocean view. This property has been really beautifully updated. The room was very clean. Towels were fluffy. Bed was super comfy. Would absolutely stay again!

Room was sterile. Very clean. Too much bleach on sheets. Irritating smell. Very noisy and shower control is broken. Still waiting on bill. Otherwise ok.

They have done a nice job with the remodel of this hotel, rooms are pretty nice.

Great bed, excellent reading lights, excellent and then some shower temp and pressure. Great quiet mid week August stay. Right on the road with a quick shot to the bay and Georgie's straight down the road. Way better then other spots we have tried in Newport.

I cannot understand the ratings for this motel, unless they are all single and don't care where they stay. It is one of the worst I've ever stayed in. Two drawers for ALL your clothes, no closet, broken TV, crusty stained sheets "yes exactly what you are assuming" Tiny bathroom with the door behind the side of one bed because the room is so small. We left after one night and checked in to la Quinta down the road. Waste of money and time. Disgusting, don't bother

Really done a nice job fixing this place up. stay was great and comfortable. Adding coffee and pots to room would be great, but other than that it's A+.

The poor cleaning products used gave such offensive smell I could not sleep.

Since this property was recently renovated, we had high expectations. I was disappointed in the attention to details like stains and holes in the sheets and towels. I don’t feel the price point matched the quality.

The room was spotless however, the cleaner they use has a very strong scent and left me with a headache. Also, the room had no coffee pot. We did not realize this is across the street from the hospital. Lots of loud noises through the night.

Central location

The staff was helpful while getting everyone checked in on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't use the laundry, but the area looked clean. Our room was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend!! There are shops and restaurants nearby
