Wellington Resort

First time staying here and we loved it. The space felt like a little apartment. Loved having my own bathroom connected to my room and my daughter having her own bathroom as well. The kitchen was perfect. The grounds The pool everything waa clean and jusy perfect. Would stay again. So close to everything you really dont need your car. Had a little trouble turning off the whirlpool, wished our balcony had a cover to shade you from the sun like others and the AC was a little loud. But honestly these are just suggestions.

Everything Not a thing

The harhour view is brilliant! We saw beautiful sunset cloud at the balcony. And the room is very comfortable and clean, especially the big living room. Moreover, the location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything is Perfect! None.

The location was convenient- close to restaurants and shopping area. The idea of this property was great, but the execution was poor. We liked the size of the apartment. It was convenient to have washing machine, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. The parking was convenient. I booked this property based on food reviews and beautiful photos of the apartments. The apartment was supposed to have a see view, but when we arrived, we got the worst possible apartment in their complex. It was a dark corner apartment on the ground floor. There was no direct view of the sea and the terrace had no private space for outside seating as it was connected tothe public path. The patio space for seating was used for an ugly looking raw wood platform for the wheelchair access. There were four basic plastic chairs and a tiny side table on the terrace, not suitable for dining, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast outside. The bedrooms were located on the city side of rhe building, close to the noisy street which bothered us at night and in the early mornings. All furniture was very cheap and the interior design was extremely ugly. There was an old cheap carpet of undefined dark color and unpleasant level of cleanliness. The master bathroom was designed for a wheelchair access and had a disastrous, most basic design. Bedding was also very basic and, to be honest, I was concerned about the cleanliness of sheets because one side of the bed smelled like perfume. The kitchen had good size but there was no stove and not even a water cooker. The reception didn’t provide a water cooker upon request and I had to heat the water for my tea in the microwave. The smell of the kitchen cabinets was very unpleasant. Cleaning was upon request, and we ordered it once, but the cleaning was never done. I also have to mention that the entrance doors to the apartment complex was extremely dirty, surely not cleaned for years, if at all. If I knew the condition of this property, and the exact apartment that was assigned to us, I would have never booked it.

Location and size of the rooms were perfect. Staff was responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking. Proximity to services, was great. The furniture is old and the placement of the furniture was not helpful but being bulky, we could don't move it. The kitchen and appliances are old, it could have been more more friendly, useful, and bright.
