The location and one man on reception was very accommodating and helpful. He was what made the stay more tolerable. I had to ask for toilet roll in public areas and our bedroom. We asked 4 times in total. The fire alarms went off twice in the night. The caused mass panic and nobody evacuated. I was advised this is due to the steam from the showers. When I spoke to someone on reception he initially told me it was a test and I said not at 1030 and 1140 pm then proceeded to laugh. There was mould in the shower, room was basic, there was no tv despite saying we would get one. When I asked, I was told they had no cables or Ariel’s. But you pay for what you get. It was cheap and we just needed one night stay with our dog. Which was fine. It was the fire alarms and basic toilet roll requests that let the hotel down. If the fire alarms are going off this creates a poor attitude in the event of a real fire. No one would evacuate!

Good location We arrived late at night, we raised concerns there was vomit in the room, dirty sheets, no towels or toiletries as advertised, tv didnt work, lamp didnt work and the bathtoom was smelly and mouldy, was told i had no choice but to sleep there for the night some1 would be in at 830 to try and find me a room. I contacted the hotel staff, booking.com and the hotels management stayz, by 11am nobody had sorted anything and id not showered or slept well so i left and booked another room elsewhere. I was not officially offered another room untill 4pm the next day by which time i was elsewhere. I have been denied a refund after asking serveral times and even showing the photos as evidence. Non of the contacts from the hotel or booking.com have helped me and im now out of pocket massivley. I would suggest anyone who thinks of staying here to stay well away. This place needs closing down immediately.

Outside beach Everything rooms were not clean and the hotel need to be renovated bcs it is so old and I think people might not like it and also not provide proper things in bathroom no tissue rolls no soap we stayed 3 days there they didn’t came to change or clean the bedsheets also the we give them the garbage to reception they didn’t came

The hotel had no intention of cleaning the room, emptying bins or changing towels. The bathroom had a sign saying leave you damp towels on the floor if you want them changed. We did this and they were still there that evening. I spoke with receptionist and he said they only change bedding, towels etc at the end of the guests stay. I told him about the sign and later on they'd changed the towels and removed the sign!!!

Disappointing

The location is great and the staff are friendly and try to be helpful. This hotel is in extremely poor condition. The walls and ceilings have random holesand dents, the carpets are horribly stained, maintenance has clearly been lacking for a while. The curtains were hanging off the rails, the tv didn't work, the rooms were grubby and smelled unpleasant. The lampshade had mould, the lights flickered, the shower hose and fittings were rusty. I'm surprised that Booking.com sells it because it is in such poor condition it is hard to believe it is safe, let alone pleasant.

nothing This hotel need to be close - the cleanliness is nevers done - the carpet is awful - lift is not working - the fridge is over dirty - The list would be very long for all details..... Please look at the photos
