Breakfast could be make more better It could be self serving system including cooked breakfast. Staff were too busy serving food, it’s hard to get them back to you.

Clean and quiet The reception staff when I left on the Friday morning were so miserable. If you don’t like your jobs - leave! I had to shout over reception to get attention then when I did it was like I had just asked her to step in front of a bus. Hence my lower score for staff. When I arrived Friday evening the girl there was lovely.
