The view from the room was exceptional, you could sit and look out forever! The breakfast was lovely and Brian and Julie were lovely hosts and accommodating for a vegetarian! The location is perfect! Nothing!

Brian and Julie are wonderful, very accommodating hosts and made my friend and I feel very welcome. The view from my window was absolutely stunning as it overlooked the beaches and harbour. It is a ‘no frills’ tradition British B&B, but peaceful, restful and in the best location, making everything easily accessible. If I were to be a little picky I would have liked windows that open a bit wider to let more sea air into the room and a decent coffee machine.

Brian and Julie the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was lovely and modern and spacious with plenty of storage space and even a fridge ! The attic room has quite a few stairs so not for those that find climbing stairs difficult

The location, near everything, pubs and restaurants, shops etc.. Brian and Julie couldn't do enough for you, lovely people.. Any choice of breakfast you want, cooked perfectly.. The only downside was our room was at the top, and I struggled with the stairs, as I have mobility issues..

Warm welcome by owners brian and Julie . Breakfast good and hearty . Good and attentive service . It's fantastically situated but as noisey as you like between 9pm and 4am ! Lack of ventilation, uncomfortable mattresses . Very basic bedding . Unfortunately fan didn't work tho we didn't say anything we admit ! Uht milk was probably out of date . Just very basic for price point .
