Very comfortable!

Very comfortable room and bed, peaceful and quiet.

I got into my room and when doing a bed check there was a codon wrapper that fell out of the sheets. Upon inspecting further the used condom was in the bed in between the mattress and the mattress cover along with used tissue. The guy at the desk was very apologetic and said I would not be charged for the night and moved me to a new room. I called back to see why I was still charged and the guy in the phone said they upgraded me at no charge. I did not ask for that and I the guy offered the no charge without me asking at the time. The carpet in the hallway and the elevator look like they have not been cleaned or even vacuumed in months. I would not stay here at all.

Just terrible. Please avoid this hotel at all costs. Zero stars. Cockroaches, mold, non-functioning plumbing, filth...I could go on and on. As my 11-year-old said as we were checking out, "We should have slept in the car." I am in shock that this is a Comfort Inn. Obviously there are no standards for this company/brand being upheld. At checkout, I verbally shared all of these concerns with the manager, who provided no solutions/recourse other than to say he would "let housekeeping staff know". This is not a housekeeping issue. This hotel needs to be condemned.

Location worked well for the visit. very worn carpets, room repairs were shoddily done ie painted over wallpaper but no repairs to where the wallpaper was missing or wrinkled. Breakfasts lacked fresh fruit and the menu was a bit limited. First day the coffee was not good

Central location to easy access

being disabled the parking was great. the shower had no pressure so the water came out as a dribble. bed was very comfortable. breakfast was sad. no eggs were served but the waffles were good.

Hotel looked a little run down. Had musty smell throughout. Room was not very clean. Missing shampoo holder and the conditioner was empty. Had to lift up on the handle to open the closet. Pool needed some serious cleaning. Water was greenish and a lot of small trash on the bottom of the pool. Beds were pretty decent.

The room was okay and clean. The hallways, elevator, and any public space for sure needed some TLC and a good cleaning. The pool was okay, my kids enjoyed it.

It wasn’t the cleanest!! I don’t know if the ac and the curtains had mold on them or if they were just really dirty.

Arrived there past the check in time but still had to wait close to 1 hour for our room. The room was clean but not impeccable. The elevator has seen better days and could use an update on its flooring. I suggest tile instead of carpet. I do appreciate the staff for doing the best they can to.prepare the room. It was a busy 4th of July weekend. They were very accommodating with our 2 dogs. My husband realized that he forgot his special pillow. 16 miles out so I called the front desk. They had it ready for me.

The WiFi was WORTHLESS! tried to send emails and use iPhone and signal never lasted past 15-20 minutes! I will look at the hotel reviews more closely before booking at comfort inns again.

I checked into my room and found that the restroom was locked. So, I called the front desk and was informed that they were going to send someone to the room to open. I waited for an hour and no one came. I found a solution & managed to open it myself by using a coin. We kept our quarter on standby so we could unlock the door should it happen again.

Staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay. Needs some updating and upkeep — tar on the floor of the elevator, broken curtain in the room, random putty on the walls. Bed is okay and water pressure is low.

Disappointing
-
Curtain rod in room was broken and hanging from the ceiling. Closet door handle was improperly installed and unusable. Both were requested to be attended to. No response. Room door was very difficult to operate. That was addressed by notifying us that another handle was on order. That did nothing to help us.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The room felt musty. Odor in room, hallway and elevator. The window shades did not close all the way, allowing the sun to wake us up earlier than desired.
