Light in shower not working. Very difficult to open and lock door. Slight odor in room.

Had good breakfast offering both days we stayed. Rooms was fairly clean, beds confortable. Had problems with dogs barking each night at hotel. Should be rule no dogs or if not kept quiet you will be ask to leave. Like dogs, but owners need to have respect for others. Toilet set was loose, bath tub and surround was dated need updated. Nice pool had to self both days.

We stay in Holiday Inn a few times a year and I made the mistake of choosing this hotel over another hotel option that was cheaper. Though I did not go to get my room compensated for they should have done that with all the trouble they put us through that late into the evening. Even the new room we moved into after midnight didn’t have the proper bedding. I would advise staying away from this hotel and choosing one of the other options on the exit. I have no idea how they get above an 8.

Bed and pillows were comfortable There was an annoying drip in the bathtub all night long. Bathroom faucet was old and needed updating. Looks like it had flooded and paint was peeling. Bathroom door was coming off of hinges so had to pick up on handle to close door.

Super easy check in, helpful staff and lots of parking room. Great hotel and we always look forward to stopping here.

Staff was friendly & extremely helpful. The first room we had the toilet was broken so they moved us to a different room where the shower head was broken, handles were broken and the shower was dirty, rusted & worn down.
