The room is for 6 guest but they only leave 3 towels and 3 wash clothes for the 5 of us to shower. Ask for more the next day and was told I could only have 3 because laundry was not done today.

The breakfast was OK. Good on American standards but certainly not on par with European ones. I asked for complete service to clean my room and it was never done. However, they did give me a slight discount on one of the nights. So, what could’ve been better, is a better way for staff to communicate Guest needs to the relevant housekeeping, etc. folks.

This hotel is a 10 out of 10. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend if you’d like a clean friendly staff all around a great experience

Perfect hotel for a family of four to stay for 2 nights and visit Sesame Place. The full kitchen was extremely helpful with an infant, along with the pack-n-play that was provided. Having a separate bedroom from the living room was a game changer! We had an issue with the smoke alarm going off that wasn’t handled well by the staff, but overall it was a positive experience and we’d be back.

They bathroom was dirty, hair and dirt in every corner. Bathroom sink counter was dirty. Staff was there, checked us in/out but very monotone I’m not even 100% sure they had a pulse.

Room was clean and refreshing. Not being from the area, the staff was very helpful with local go to events and restaurants.

Location Smelled like marijuana every day we was there in the rooms and when we entered the building don’t know if it was staff or someone staying there but we were on the third floor and was horrible and we have 5 children under 7 yrs old and this is not acceptable told the front desk about this and was told they would check into it there’s no way this wasn’t be smoked inside the building also we had 7 in our room and only 5 towels and two office size trash cans for the kitchen with 5 kids this is not sufficient and only cleaned the room one time for our stay. I believe there should be some compensation for the stay especially for the drugs being used in a non smoking building there’s no way this couldn’t be noticed by staff completely unacceptable.
