We tried to check in a half hour early so we could make a stop before attending our planned event. They wouldn’t let us check in until exactly 3pm. We return to the hotel at 11:30pm tried to get ice from the ice maker, but it was empty or not working. Tried again to get ice in the morning but the machine still wasn’t working. Staff was very nice. Breakfast had lots of options (but no cheese). The outside grounds looked great. Lots of parking but roadways through the complex are tight and winding.

The location is perfect! Located near a wonderful Wegman’s, eateries, and less that 15 min from sesame place. It was not clean enough. I could see where corners were cut. The breakfast dining area, my room, and the entry needed more thorough cleaning. It could have been a fluke or one bad day. The breakfast needs to be improved. I would give the food a 5/10. The rooms are in the smaller side. Bathrooms very small and not spacious. The sink space left minimal room for traditional cosmetic bags. I felt cramped for sure.

Location was close to groceries, amusement park, and eateries. Parking was available. Staff assisted with extra needs. Negative complaint was the hair on floor, sink, and toilet from previous occupants. Positive complaint was disposable plates, napkins, and utensils were available for customers.More hotels should provide these things.

The front desk person was so nice. The pool was nice and stayed open late which is nice cause we got to the hotel a little late. Breakfast was nice and hot. They had variety of different things

The hotel location was within walking distance to restaurants, Wegmans and CVS as well as major highways.

Pool was closed, disapointing! Very slippery floor by bathroom and front door in our room while wearing sneakers. Elevator brake made hard stops and starts. Breakfast was great! Clean room with comfortable bed.

Mold everywhere in our room. Staff wasn't confident in the answers they were giving us. Pool was closed the whole time we were there and we were there with 6 kids.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean. We were welcome to the room with my last name on the TV, loved it!!! Breakfast was DELICIOUS!!!
