Location is good, just 10 minutes to the beach, next to Vincom. Car parking lot is limited. Light in room should be a little bit brighter.

As multiple visitors we loved the area and the convenience of the hotel. The facility is old but well maintained. Breakfast was great 6 years ago but so so now. However kind staff and clean roos never changed. Always a good place to enjoy Nha Trang. One disappointment was the noise from the rooftop poolside bar for one night. Loudspeakers run until one o’clock am despite my complaint around 12 at night to turn it off. They claim the bar itself doesn’t belong to the hotel. Ownership aside, the bar apparently run for the hotel guests. Need attention.

The room was clean and comfortable The refrigerator was room temperature, even on maximum setting. The Cable TV didn't work for the first night, and was limited to You Tube for the rest of the stay. The staff did not have above average English language skills.

Two minutes from the beach. Brilliant value. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool was a decent size. The breakfast wasn't great. More catered towards local which is totally fine but I didn't think even that was that nice. For the price it didn't matter though.

- Location - Room is ok, slightly less nice then photos - Felt safe - I came for the pool and it was disheartening. Does not look like the photos. There’s no comfortable loungers. It’s not welcoming. - Very loud surroundings - I left early due to noise/pool issue

Place is super close to the beach, staff were very friendly and helpful . U don't get much sun on the roof ... seems shaded all the time and can make it cold at times .

Great location, close to the beach and very central to some good bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't have a great selection of food for breakfast so we didn't bother with it. All the food and beverage was really non existent. Restaurant didn't open after morning and the ground floor cafe and rooftop bar etc were not open at all as far as we could tell. It didn't really effect our stay too much as the hotel is close to coffee shops and restaurants but it would lift the hotel if all these amenities were up and running well

it was close by to restaurants and the beach the corridors smelt like mouldy wet carpet. the towels provided were ripped and smelt heavily like smoke we had to request new towels quite often even after our rooms got cleaned. the hotel states 24/7 reception however it was hardly manned at any given time.

Modern, clean comfortable with all the basic needs. Easy few minutes walk to the beach. Supportive staff to change booking . Not a problem, but we were the only guests, due to covid impact on tourism. Hotel nice and quiet and no breakfast option - but many outside options.
