Beautiful room and hotel. Too many people.

Great location,very clean. Huge dining area for breakfast. Very nice pool and gym. Being woken at 4:30 am one day by housekeeping- good thing I had the door security latch engaged!

Very nice. Beachfront property. Breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating. Elevators were slow. Our master bath the curtain rods ere broken. At early morning sun shines through our bedroom even with the drapes. It’s extremely hot. There should Atleast be a microwave to warm up food for a 5 star property. There are stoves in the unit but not allowed to use. Hard for families with small kids as this is one of the reasons for our stay. Would be nice if there’s a promotion for the vinpearl amusement park if staying at the property.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent.

Big room, comfy bed, absolutely wonderful view with sunrises from the sea and over the beach along the shoreline, cleanliness, breakfast incredible variety, close to the beach, good restaurants, Vincom Plaza supermarket. 1. They charged me 2,000,000VND more at check in, that I found out only at check-out. They said the they will return it in 45 days- well, will see... 2. Not enough sun loungers on a beach. 3. Water in the swimming pool is quite cold in March.

They could use a few more loungers at the beach.

the beds were comfortable, staff was responsive. the noise coming from the street was excessive, and I was at the 40th floor.. the mgmt seemed to know this was going to happen because apparently the mayor had OKd the music from the beach area late - until 12 or 1230 am, they told me, so, they offered to move me to another room.. on the same side as where the noise was coming from, but a lower floor, which would have made things worse. Why this wasnt obvious to them I dont know. So they let me have an EXTRA room to sleep in where the noise was less. This was a decent result, but it was on the opposite side where the noise was better but still street noise, ambulances, etc.. But a better sleep for sure.. On top of that, no matter where we went, there was noise.. The vietnamese are constantly honking their horns, and quiet is hard to find: every restaurant, even stores, often have music playing.. and its not massage studio music with harps and quiet flutes.. Even the ice cream tricycle vendor wont have gnetle jingle bells, -ts EDM etc.. yep, not kidding. . This is especially annoying when you want to find places to relax.. like by an ocean, or pool. But.. they have to have this incessant Techno dance music playing at the pool too. Also, the same, at louder volume, in the workout gym. Why ? I dont know. Perhaps its in the international hospitality industry handbook on page 1 par. 1 where it states: " Assume almost all of your clients are in their 20s ... and in addition , are alcoholics who are likely drunk before 2 pm.. This group will be ecstatic when they go to the gym to listen to your piped in EDM at high volume.. Also, they do NOT want to relax by the pool , so make sure this music is playing incessantly there too.". So, i think anyone can get my point: IF you create quiet spaces NOONE will complain.. If you create NOISY spaces, SOME at least WILL complain.. logic leads anyone with half a brain in the hospitality industry to make the proper choice.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a couple minutes walk from the beach, and has an indoor pool, massage area, and an indoor gym that I used a few times with no issues. It's also pretty easy to get to and from the hotel and to wherever you want to go in the city. A lot of things: upon check in around 1800, with no one standing in the queues and 3 receptionists, no one bothered to look up from their desk so I stood waiting for a couple minutes until a kind woman ran over and nudged the reception to do something (one also made eye contact with me and did nothing). Going up to my room I was told my bag would be brought up, which took exactly 33 minutes to get, I should have just taken it myself. Unfortunately the room I paid for with the "ocean view" wasn't much of an ocean, just me looking into another building, and it was really more of a city view than ocean view. I also requested a specific room, which they clearly didn't even try to look at or accommodate for which bothered me greatly. The sound of all the street noise bounces between the two buildings and echoes into your room. The overall demeanor of the staff on checkout was also horrendous. Yes I understand everyone's trying to get out/in, but don't take your frustrations out on the customer. It took about 10 minutes to check out. Overall, when I compare this "5-star" hotel to many others I have stayed at, this is a glorified 4-star hotel, nothing about this hotel is 5-stars. It's also overly packed with Russians and Koreans who think they are getting a 5-star hotel at 4-star price, when in actuality they are not. Your better off taking your money down the road, pay the extra $100-200 and avoid this place. You can go a little further into the city and still get to the beach no problem and pay half of what you pay at this overrated hotel. Honestly I have stayed at 3-star hotels with better customer service than this place. Elevators also take a hot minute to go up/down, and there is no indication of which elevator will be arriving first, you just hear a ding and 1/6 elevators opens (most elevators have a flashing light or something, which you would expect for a "5-star" hotel, but not here).

Clean, good service, good location The refrigerator did not work. It was a minor issue with us. If you can check it before people check in, it should be great.

Great Location for my vacation even though it was a short staying however this vinpeart beachfront has satisfied all my 3 perspectives of a great ammenties ~i.e: lovely beaches , beats an beauty !.

The hotel is beautiful and located next to the beach. The room is spacious with a balcony for a perfect ocean view. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive to all my needs. None

We are on the 29th floor and still hear noises from the street.

The staff is wonderful. We had an issue with a loud banging noise with our AC. They were quick to fix the issue. For such a large hotel, we never felt rushed or hurried with the staff. It’s a very big resort with a lot of guests. If that’s not your jam then skip this one.
