I spent six absolutely memorable nights at this hotel, and can't praise the excellence of the service offered enough. The manager, Laura, demonstrates a remarkable professionalism and friendliness that make the experience unique. Her sense of welcome, her availability and her ability to anticipate customer needs are quite simply exceptional. The entire staff shares this same positive energy: every member of the team is exemplary in his or her cordiality, always ready to help with a smile and impressive efficiency. The hotel itself is impeccable: the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the layout and lighting are subtly thought out. The breakfast is incredibly varied and extremely tasty. But it's really the humanity and dedication of Laura and her team that make all the difference. From the first floor to the charming rooftop pool, everything is perfect. I warmly recommend it and can't wait to go back! /

The team at Le’s Cham were so helpful for our first visit to Nha Trang. Nothing for them was too hard, the rooms were beautiful, cool, clean and beds were super comfy! Not to mention the pool and the beautiful massage in house!! 100% Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely be returning!

It is accessible enough to walk to the beach ,famous restaurant,traditional market, etc. and the workers are friendly. Especially , among the staff .NGOC was very kind enough to find and store my mug cup I left behind and return it

Big room. Nice view. Nice roof terrace. Nice tv bed Situation. Al lot of noise from the other rooms and the private beach was never open. But got to admit, the wheathet was kind of bad. But the other private beaches were open. Nha tran terrible tourist place by the way.

Great staff, good facilities, large and clean room and a comfy bed. Not much else you can ask for. Room is not sufficiently sound proof (like most of these tower hotels). You can hear the neighbouring room quite easily.

Our room on the 10th floor has lovely views of the city and beach, loads of natural light from the windows. The WiFi is strong here as well, with good Internet speed. Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely above average with plenty of options and variety, my only issue is certain guests are not smart enough to avoid coughing all over the buffet when taking food, very disgusting, however this is not the hotels fault. We also encountered guests smoking in the corridors despite clear signs saying no smoking, maybe remove the bins with sand in the lids as this might encourage smoking? Location wise, it's in the middle of everything, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars all within seconds of the hotel, also the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The hotel does have its own loungers at the beach (we hardly saw them used by other guests) , but they are on the back row, not a problem for us but if you want loungers on the front row you'll have to pay. Staff are always very friendly, smiling and welcoming. On our last day, they started very noisy construct work on a building opposite the hotel, so we were woken up at 7AM, not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. In my opinion this hotel is great value for money and I would happily visit again. Nothing

Big room, big bed, nice pool. Friendly staff. Location good for restaurants nearby. The plumbing in our room was atrocious! After every shower there was water all over the floor.

Everything was perfect, I advise this place for staying. Maybe just internet connection wasn’t perfect.
