Location Staff was unfriendly, many Russians, there is an atmosphere were they don’t trust their customers and check your room when checking out. Breakfast was absolutely terrible and rooftop was a joke especially the gym and bar

Location was only good thing Many Russians here,they damage a lot of items in this hotel I imagine so you need to deposit and they check room before you check out, what is this level of trust. Before I checked out I had to pay a fee of 200k because it was dirty caused by someone else. Breakfast was terrible and hotel in general was dirty, staff were unfriendly

The receptionist tried to charge us for items that we did not dirty, like a pillow case, apparently a spot of blood on sheets which was not from us and was on the sheet when they changed them, water bottles (5) which were free and on the counter, in doing so stole our phone and refused to give it back. The hotel was fine and great, but the lady in reception needs a new job, maybe a prison warden would be suitable, my partner had to forcefully take her phone back so we could leave. I loved the hotel, the location but being in a foreign country and having an aggressive reception lady snatch your phone and waive it at us as to say “you can’t leave” is not acceptable I feel this action was not one the hotel would accept and we felt she wanted cash, not payment. Totally unacceptable and one that caused us distress by her rudeness. Great Hotel Needs to keep a better eye on the front counter. Read another review where the same lady tried to keep foreigners passport hostage. Wish we read that before going there. The hotel needs to know what the lady out front is like Also asked her to call the bus company to ensure they knew to pick us up, this was too hard for her, We love Vietnam, this one lady will not ruin that, but took a couple of days to get over, because of her aggression and actions So very not cool The receptionist is horrible

The hotel is at great location close to variable cofeeshops and restaurants and spa. 5min walk to the beach. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was ok. Very good hotel for the prize. The hotel is next to seafood restaurant and even in 10th floor you would be hit everyday by the smell from the grill, which is bearable but not pleasant.

Location was good, staff was very welcoming and supportive. Bed was comfortable and the shower great! It’s not that I didn’t like it but it seemed a bit weird that there were probably only 3 guests in total staying and the pool and gym area was deserted - while open the lights were switched off. A but strange but not really a problem.

- Good for the price - pool, but has no loungers or sun protection. But it was mostly very empty and I usually had it to myself - but I enjoyed spending time here! - Staff very nice - Staff helped me measure my luggage! - There are a few good places to sit and work on the top floor - Soap, shampoo and shower gel available - Wifi - The bed was very comfortable and clean - Bathroom was very good! The shower head has a lot of power and the water gets warm quickly - Basically very quiet at night - even though I wrote down many negative points, I was still very satisfied and would stay here again for the price - Poor English at reception - Bathtub / shower not completely clean - Single long hair in the room - Sockets sometimes very difficult to plug in a CORRECT power supply unit - Curtains let in a lot of light - People smoking in the hallway - Does not offer bus transfers. At least that's what I was told - Curtains in front of the window are unfortunately very translucent, which makes it very bright early in the morning - Breakfast is unfortunately not like in the pictures (not so much fruit selection etc...) and didn't appeal to me so much and wasn't really refilled/refreshed 1 hour before closing time. But at least it was a buffet and I was full!
