Clean, tidy room and good service. Location right in Nha Trang city and near the beach..

We stayed there after a night bus arriving at 5am till check out time. The beds were comfy, everything else was fine too. Someone was smoking in the corridor and the smell would come through the bathroom window and/or the door.

Great location in the centre of town right near loads of restaurants. Parking was secure and pretty easy to access. Room itself was pretty clean and staff were friendly Bathroom and towels could be a little cleaner

I've stayed here before, so I expected a bit more. The night porter asked too many questions about my Vietnemese friend even though he knew that I was staying at the hotel and the room was booked for two people. Also, the porter could learn some basic English if he likes talking to customers.

The lobby staff is very enthusiastic The receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenient The high floor room has a nice city view The room price is reasonable I will definitely come back here next time

Very dirty room with old chair. Bed is just spring and wood.

There was very clean, towels changed almost every day. The location is good. There were ants in the room and problems with hot water.
