The staff didn’t seem very friendly. a lot of what was stated on the website wasn’t available, spa, restaurant and others.

Huge clean room with an average sized bathroom. Kettle and mini fridge in room. Small balcony overlooking the main road. Staff were excellent, enjoyed the range of options available for breakfast. Decent sized pool on the roof, great views of the area. Good location, 10 minutes to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a room facing the main road so there was traffic noise. There is a club opposite which gets quite noisy at night and there are some construction works in the area too.

Very comfortable bed, large shower, great location close to the beach. Quiet. When booking the hotel, one of my searches criteria was swimming pool and pool bar, gym. These facilities weren't aviable on arrival.The note on the reception counter was advising us about refurbishment that started few day before my booking.

The facilities are good, has a rooftop pool and a breakfast buffet. Although it’s not completely close to the beach as it is still about 15 mins walk away. Near the main strip, so it’s still convenient. The pillows smells a little sweaty, and some of the rooms smell like bad odour.

The Hotel was amazing & the views were spectacular. Very spacious rooms with a balcony and a bath. Delicious breakfast also a swimming pool on the top of the Hotel. The staff at the Galliot Hotel are also amazing & very friendly & very helpful. I will definitely stay again at the Galliot Hotel when in Nha Trang I liked everything
