Spacious apartment. Nice city and sea view Room settings are quite illegitimate. Bathroom privacy for family stay are uncomfortable. Looks like a setup for Couples but modified for family stay

The size of the room, and that it had a balcony even if it was very small. The rooftop had beautiful view Too many Russians The roof top pool was rather small I had to clean the floor in my room myself because it was rather dirty

The given adress on the site was completely out of the area and led us to going around the city because the GPS could not figure out the location . Had to call the office desk 3 times for them to finally give us the actual Hotel adress. The information given on the site page from "Booking. Com was completely wrong and misleading . It took an extra hr of travelling around thoutskirts and interior of the city of Nha Trang.

It’s good that we had included breakfast; Bathroom was good too; Fast and reliable WiFi We had sea view but it wasn’t picturesque

Very close to the beach, plenty of shops around Smoke smell from the foyer because a lot of smoking guests. Breakfast is so so, but with the price you can't expect more. Bath rugs should be provided without guests telling.

Convenient location AC dd not work. Suspect it doesn’t work often because there were fans in the room and breakfast area. There was egg station but otherwise breakfast was poor. Either noodles or buffet food—not served on same day. No fruit. Staff were kind but English was very limited. Windows not soundproof. Can hear loud music from nearby bars until after 11pm.

The staff is incredible. The bed was not hard like other places in Southeast Asia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Location, access to the beach, the view of the room was great, and the staff were kind and really accommodating! The rooms need an update, everything looks worn out. Also the lift in the building is really really slow!

Location,pool small but no one ever there Slowest elevator ever.didnt get free water everyday and refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold so bought ice to fill up my sink 2 times each day

Too crowded in the morning, they need more space for breakfast. And lack of spoons and forks, so I needed to wait minutes to start my meal... In the end of my journey I complained about the smell in the lobby - they're burning some stinky candles. The receptionist said she isn't in charge of it, not accepting responsibility for my comfort. I suppose to do it outside. Also she talked to me in imperative impololite manner which spoiled my overall impression.

Will stay again... A number of guests, including myself got sick after eating breakfast. The kitchen staff could use training in food safety. A few more vegan vegetarian food options would be appreciated!
