The 1 bed room apartment (free upgrade) is well designed and more functional than usual hotel rooms.

Located in first beach line, with easy access to the beach. Have a good swimming pool in 3rd floor. Lots of food places and shops around. On the beach people plays loud music and sing karaoke until late night, so you can hear them in the room. And most disappointed that hotel states they have their private beach with umbrellas and seats available for guests. But in fact they have person there who checks if this chairs taken by guests of hotel and only 10 umbrellas 2 chairs each available. This person has more chairs around, but he keeps saying it does not belongs to our hotel, so you have to wake up really early to get the free chair or pay extra to use another one. I believe this person rents chairs that belong to hotel to other people to make extra money. If not and hotel has only 20 chair available for over 800 guest capacity hotel, they need to take in consideration to buy more chairs and umbrellas. As the price of the room is expensive, and you can not have an empty chair on the beach to enjoy your stay.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable. There are wonderful places to eat nearby. The breakfast was a disaster. It was very poorly managed with furniture blocking pathways, running out of food, areas not being cleaned, and no coffee/tea available.

The location was absolutely fantastic, the staff friendly and the hotel overall had a lot of good amenities. I expected a five star hotel, under the scrutiny of five stars, I feel like the hotel was not as clean as it should be, with thinks like smeared windows. They also lacked basic services like laundry (even though they provided DIY laundromat service for 300k vnd) or providing a steady supply of free drinking water. Overall it was a good stay, but for the price and with the 5 star rating I felt like they are missing some attention to detail.

The facility is a bit rundown. It's definitely not a 5 stars as advertised. May be a 4 stars at most.

The location was convenient, walking distance to the the beach, night market, shops and restaurants, etc. Also, The pool was a hit for our big group with 10 kids! Love that they have several elevators to accommodate many guests. Should provide shaving cream with shaver.

We had 1-bedroom apartments with a door to connected room (which makes it 2-bedroom aps) where drunk party had a place on Friday night. Call to the reception settled it quite well.

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms (we had an executive king ocean view). The staff were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed having the beach umbrellas and loungers at the beach with the hotel Loud music on occasion to the left of the property which could be heard at night and early morning on some occasions - not the fault of the hotel but maybe should investigate if double glazing is possible. Breakfast could be improved - sometimes ran out of certain items at a certain point in the breakfast slot

Everything about the hotel was great. No complaints at all.

The staff exceeded any other hotel stay we had while in Viet Nam. We stayed in an apartment that was 15 stories up with a beautiful view of the ocean. Would we stay again? Absolutely! There wasn't anything not to like.

Loved the prime location and the size of the rooms. Staff were very helpful and a special thanks to Tina Tran, the most helpful and patient receptionist ever. Thank you Tina for your assistance with sorting out our next hotel on this holiday. The lack of hot shower water in 2 of our 3 rooms. We were told this was being looked into but cold showers not enjoyable. Also, no room service was both surprising and disappointing.
