Everything old, no towels at swimming pool or the gym. One of our room with no A/C only run a few minutes and stop. We have sleeps in a hot room one night until the hotel find us another room. Also, water was leaking in the bathroom from the ceilng.

The hotel’s great location near the night market and busy areas, with lots of dining options nearby, and the price is reasonable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lê Minh Duy, who went above and beyond recommending excellent dining spots and helping us arrange transportation for our trips The hotel feels a bit dated and outdated. The room lacks sufficient lighting and feels quite dark, especially the bathroom which is dimly lit. The furniture in the room is old and worn. The gym area was damp and moldy, and the carpets in the elevator and lobby were dirty, dusty, and appeared not to have been properly cleaned in a long time. The breakfast restaurant also felt gloomy and not very bright or cheerful, though the food itself was acceptable.”

The location is in the central area, close to tourist attractions. The stafft are friendly. Took too long waiting for the elevator. The building and the facilities look old compared to nearby hotels

Bathtub is not a good idea. It is very high for kid. The water is everywhere after showering.

Good location, good staff It’s big hotel, it will be packed by Vietnamese tourists at weekend. Be aware of that, and all will be fine.

Can't beat the location! Simple, standard hotel room. I had some hot water issues, and of course plan for returning to a warm room since the A/C is connected to the key card being inserted. The breakfast is a mad scramble at food, but I don't know how that would be changed.

Very closed to city centre and good condition of bed and breakfast. The swimming pool was not satisfying with bad water quality and not good of room toilet.

The location is the most I like The room is big The break fast is OK, but if you come around 9am then some foods already finished. The property is good in general but at the ground floor there is no air condition, it's very hot while you are waiting for taxi, checkin, checkout,.... The room is the same as the photo but the toilet I dont like the design, after shower the water runs everywhere on the floor. There are a lot of staffs stand at the lifts area at the ground floor, but when we need the toilet paper and requested to reception but no one response
