The staff treated us like family. We will stay there again when we are in Nha Trang. The room was perfect for us, a small kitchen with all the accessories. This hotel is in the perfect location for beach access and shopping.

Convenient location close to the beach. Nice view of Vinpearl island from my room. Staff are so nice and very service focused. My room was good size. Good wifi and AC. Some issues with loud karaoke a few nights. Had some insects entering the room. One window and the sliding door had gaps, which are both fixable. I alerted management to the issues which can easily be fixed.

It is am older facility. It could use some updates. But I understand that people come and go through here quickly. Most of them don't care to help keep ot nice, they just think about how to trash the place.

Staff was so professional. Room was clean. Close to the main attraction and the beach.

The property we had booked messed up. So we found this place with only a few minutes notice. And we had arrived in the morning. Despite this the staff were able to get the room ready and check us in. It’s a short walk to the beach. Room cleaned everyday and in decent condition. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, but we were on a high floor, so we weren’t worried.

I liked the central location of the hotel. In addition to its location, I particularly enjoyed Ms. Quynh Nhi's very welcoming and hospitable attitude towards guests, which has left me a memorable impression. So, the hotel's location and the staff's amicable professional work attitude will be two key factors for my return to this hotel. While the room was maintained clean overall, there were a couple of spots like the top/back- side of TV screen and the window areas whose stacked-up dust had to be personally cleaned up. I do not mean to criticize the hotel alone for these issues as I find similar cases at almost all other budget hotels. Because of these cleaning issues,however, I am taking a 1 point off from my original rating of 10.

And lovely hotel At first there were some small problems upon check-in, the initial room I received was not very good/clean, but after complaining to the staff, I was immediately upgraded to a nice and clean room. Staff is attentive, professional, and responds quickly. The hotel in is in the main road , convenient walking to beach, shop,, bar.... so convenient

Clean Room, Cheap Price (single room for 1 person is a bit small, however for that price 10usd, I cannot ask more). Good wifi, in central location so it is very convenient to walk around. Staff are friendly and helpful

The room was good for that price. Noisy guests or neighbours talking loudly late into the night. Messed up my sleep!!!!!

It is very close to the beach. We expected that staff could help us book further buses and tours, but we were simply referred to the nearby tour booker with the additional fees.
