location, pool and the staff helped us book a bus. even though there were no smoking signs in the room. our room smelled like smoke the whole time we were there. it seemed to come for. the air conditioning vent.

They should clean the rooms more often. The room needs a single chair, even a folding chair just some chairs. Other than this, OK.

This is a traditional but very pleasant hotel situated in a quiet and well-treed location just outside the main tourist strip. Its beds are very comfortable, and our room had a spacious balcony from which we could observe the sea and the city lights. The hotel is situated at the edge of a few blocks of interesting cafes and restaurants such as Time House Bistro - our favourite for breakfast - and Manse Cafe, a great little cafe that serves the best Vietnamese Salty Coffee. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was somewhat intermittent.

good location, reasonable price, good value for money, friendly staff, modern facilities. The noise in the morning came from the housekeeping department, making too much noise.

Very accommodating staff. Deal with any issues immediately, Excellent location, a couple of blocks from main tourist area, more exposure to Vietnamese local culture. Many great eating places and shops around. 10 minute walk to beach. Pool on roof , great views Like everything about this hotel, and I have been to Nha Trang many times. This is my new " go to" hotel.

The hotel was excellent. Area very busy but no noise. The room was cleaned regularly and it had the best, hottest shower. The best location for shops and restaurants. We originally booked for 2 weeks but extended it for another 2 weeks. Only 4 sunbeds with no cushions.

We were not there for breakfast Booking.com mentions there is a seating area in the room we booked but it was not there. The hotel accepts only cash which was not good.

Large rooms, good location. Pretty clean. Payment only by cash. Cleaning during the stay means new towels, also they barge into the room even if you lock it from the inside. Even though there is kitchen, no dish soap or such is provided. You have to ask for every single toilet paper roll as well at the reception. In the reservation it said king size bed but it certainly was not, the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Water in the shower took a long time to heat up. I guess I’m just nitpicking but the small things eventually make your stay more comfortable.
